“Professional service from them”
I heard about Aestherior from a friend. I really liked their service and commitment, which from my experience with other interior designers was not as prominent, especially the larger interior designer companies. Therefore, they were able to get the colour changed quickly without wasting too much time and material. I felt that was very professional of them to monitor the works throughout the renovation process so that they could ensure that the renovation was smooth.
I would say that the one thing that they were lacking is their product offering. Perhaps back then they were still a young interior design company and therefore did not have the wide range of products that larger interior design company with more resources would have, but I believe that they now have more to offer as they grow as a ID.
They were good and highly responsive in their service. Typically they would reply within a day or if rectifications on the works needed to be done, they would do it within 24 hours. Such an example is when the colour they used was wrong. Most IDs would usually only come in to see their project sites every other day, however, Aestherior would always have some body there to oversee the project everyday to ensure the smooth workflow.
