“WIll go all the way even when flouting rules and guidlines”

My neighbour downstairs hired them, and even now 12 days pst the stipulated date or the renovation permit issued by HDB, they are still drilling and hacking on a SUNDAY. I guess this means this contractor is very responsible to the client, and will go all the way to satisfy them, while making all neighbours hate their client before they move in. Or else it simply means their workamnship is so bad that they can never get things done.
