We recently completed our home renovation with Artispace Design Studio, and we must say the experience was truly outstanding. From our first discussion, we felt very at ease with the team. They understood our requirements well and were able to work within our budget without any pressure or hard selling, which we really appreciated. ID Suhaimy and Han were both very patient, professional, and practical with their advice on what was best for our home. There were no hidden charges or surprise costs after signing. During the renovation process, whenever there were challenges or unexpected issues, they handled them quickly and always provided solutions. Their response time was fast, communication was clear and they regularly updated the renovation progress which made the whole journey stress-free. We were also very happy with their workmanship and the support from everyone involved. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and committed to delivering good quality work. Even after handover, they continued to provide support for minor touch-ups and rectifications promptly, which shows their dedication to customer satisfaction. Overall, we are very satisfied with Artispace Design Studio and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy renovation team. Thank you to Suhaimy & Han, and the entire Artispace team for making our renovation journey such a pleasant one.

It’s our first time doing a major renovation for our new home, and we are beyond satisfied with the experience. 5 stars for their efficiency and well-organized schedule— they truly gave their best effort to make sure everything turned out perfect. Han and Suhaimy went above and beyond to meet my expectations for our dream home, all while working within our budget. They kept us updated closely every day and suggested thoughtful details that made the house look even nicer and cosier. We REALLY RECOMMEND them! Thank you Artispace Design studio

My wife and I are very satisfied with our renovation experience with Han, Ain, and Sheena. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and thoughtfully managed. We were particularly impressed by Han’s frequent updates on the project timeline and scope of work. His detailed attention to each phase ensured that everything progressed on schedule. Even when we took a little longer to decide on materials, Han and the team remained patient and supportive throughout. He took the time to explain pricing clearly, making sure we were comfortable and fully informed before proceeding. We could also see him going the extra mile to accommodate some of our more specific requests, which we truly appreciated. We shortlisted a few IDs before making our decision, but ultimately chose this team because of their sincerity and professionalism — and we’re glad we did. While there were naturally a few hiccups along the way, Han responded quickly and resolved them without hesitation. Overall, the design turned out beautifully, and the experience was both personal and professional. The thing we appreciated most was the team’s commitment to delivering both quality work and peace of mind. Thank you again for helping us build a home we truly love.

Very grateful to have found Artispace Design Studio. Our 1st meetup with Han was truly promising and set our hearts at ease as we can feel that he is very sincere in helping us to realise our dream home comes true. He really listened to us and our needs attentively and understood our limited budget and he improvise our vision according to his professional perspective. Everything went by quite smoothly and what important is he really delivered what he had promised and what he showed us through the 3D sketches is similar. From the material selection till the execution of works, Han will update us accordingly as things progresses. His workmanship is truly the best and he managed to handover our house on time just like he promised. Once again we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Han and his team from Artispace Design Studio for the great experience that we had through our renovation journey. We will definitely recommend Han and Artispace Design Studio to our family and friends.

I was doing online research and was quite disheartened to read many negative reviews of IDs for built-in wardrobe. However, I was recommended Artispace by a family member & it’s been a breeze working with them. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I am hugely satisfied with the end product! It was done on time & Mr Han was also meticulous & will check in with his client often for updates! Gd job!

We would like to take this opportunity to say a Big thank you to Artispace and their team for their professional and efficient works done for my house renovation. From the beginning to the end, our ID Azman showed his professionalism. He was good at listening and gave us professional advice at the same time. After the project started, the progress was updated frequently, and each stage was completed within the estimated time frame. The follow-up after the renovation was also quick and effective. Azman is always very cooperative and helpful. We are delighted to have chosen the services of Artispace and especially Azman, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to him and everyone who contributed in this project, look forward to working together again, and we highly recommend them to any future homeowners!

- How did you find the experience of working with Azman and Artispace? The experience was overall extremely pleasant. He oversees, if not most, all engagements involved for the renovation of our home. From his own contractors, to external vendors, he went the extra mile to take charge, loading off the huge burden from us to having to take time off just to be onsite for these appointments. His expertise also aid us in choosing the right materials and design for our home. We are truly blessed and thankful for choosing Artispace and having Azman as our ID. - Was there anything in particular that made the working relationship successful? We understand that some people would be dubious and still want to come down alot throughout the reno process, however, we put a lot of trust in Azman as the communication between us and him is comprehensive and clear. He updates us as due. And should there be anything that needs to be rectified or done in a certain way, it will be done timely and efficiently. - How did the interior designer handle any challenges that arose during the project? Through alot of discussions and suggestions. Plus, we had to move in before the reno was done. They catered to our request, knowing fully it’ll be difficult to do reno while having the clients already living in the house (our eyes confirm itchy one, this not right, that not right, hahah?✌?). They really did their best to cater to us. Thanks lah guys!! - Would you recommend Azman to others looking for an interior designer? Yes definitely. Again, we’re very thankful and grateful for having Artispace and Azman spearheading the renovation of our (forever, maybe!) home. Close to stress free reno and the outcome is MashaAllah Alhamdulillah.
