Bold Collectives

Bold Collectives has once again proven to be the go-to team for our renovation needs. Having previously engaged them for my brother-in-law's project, the decision to renovate our new home was a no-brainer. Peter seamlessly translated our ideas into a tangible framework, demonstrating a keen understanding of our requirements. Throughout the process, they showcased accountability and responsiveness, ensuring our satisfaction with the ongoing job. Notably, they managed to continue the renovation seamlessly while we were away for a short honeymoon, adding an extra layer of convenience. The color palette, materials, and design choices were excellent, reflecting their in-depth knowledge and expertise. Working with Bold Collectives is always a delightful experience, and we are genuinely happy with the outcome. Their valuable advice has made our renovation journey smooth and enjoyable.

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with this ID company. I hired them for a resale work, and the entire process was a nightmare from start to finish. First, the designer lacked creativity and seemed uninterested in my ideas. They pushed their own vision without considering my preferences or lifestyle needs. This was frustrating, but I decided to proceed, hoping the final outcome would be worth it. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was abysmal. Cabinets were misaligned, and the countertops were poorly installed. The overall craftsmanship was shoddy, with visible flaws and unfinished edges. It was clear that attention to detail was not a priority for Bold Interiors. Communication with the designer was equally problematic. They were unresponsive to my concerns and often missed scheduled meetings without any notice. When I finally managed to reach them, their responses were dismissive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the project took much longer than initially promised. What was supposed to be a six-week remodel dragged on for over three months. Living in a construction zone for that long was incredibly stressful. In the end, I had to hire another contractor to fix the numerous issues left by them. This not only cost me more money but also added unnecessary stress and delays to my project. I regret ever hiring them and would not recommend them to anyone. Their lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and disregard for client satisfaction are major red flags. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reputable design firm. There are many great ones around and one should not have to settle for mediocre works.
