“Exceptional Service with quality workmanship”
I am writing to express our heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided by CPSA Studio, during our recent engagement to renovate our new condominium unit. From the outset during discussions, our Interior Designer, Peishan demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and expertise that put us at ease and comfort throwing in ideas and explore possibilities. Her pleasant demeanor, quick wit, and trustworthy nature made our interactions not only productive but also enjoyable. One of Peishan's standout qualities is her ability to comprehend and conceptualize our ideas very well. She exhibited flexibility beyond expectations, producing impressive 3D renderings with remarkable speed and accuracy, even on short notice. To quote one, she was with us during the selection of the wallpaper, she was able to render the various types of wallpaper of choice on site at the wallpaper showroom into our actual 3Ds to help us visualize. We were particularly impressed with the extra effort Peishan invested in accompanying us to different suppliers, guiding us in selecting furniture, lights, wallpapers, and appliances. The personalized touch elevated the entire experience, ensuring that every aspects of the project was executed with care, logic and precision, it saves us from any renovation horror stories! Her dedication and commitment to this project made the difference and were truly commendable. Our circumstances required a swift transition due to the end of our lease, and Peishan orchestrated the entire process with her contractors and reno team so well, ensuring we could move in to a bedroom just one week after the commencement of renovations. Thereafter, we went on a planned holiday for three weeks, we entrusted Peishan with the management of our home's renovation fully. Her attention to detail, logical approach, and the in-sync thoughts processes assured us that our project was in capable hands. Even as we started receiving deliveries from various e-commerce platforms, Peishan and her team went above and beyond, collecting and putting it neatly inside the house for us. Looking ahead to our future home endeavors, there is no doubt that we will engage CPSA studio services again. We wholeheartedly recommend this company to others seeking a stress-free and worthy experience. They provided us with peace of mind and eliminated any concerns we may have had. Thank you once again for delivering exceptional service!
I love the designs proposed, it really looked like a showroom, as what I've wanted. Though for practicality sake, some may not have selected the materials we chose.
Very good workmanship as it is personally supervised by the ID herself. We had an encounter where the mirror broke as one of the worker used slightly too much force, it was replaced immediately.
Very easy to speak to, easy discussions. It is important that home owners and IDs are in-sync and it makes discussions alot easier and requests can be fulfilled.
Agree that the money was well spent, very transparent in her pricing and to be honest, we are willing to pay reasonably for a peace of mind and no renovation horror stories later!
