I went with Cyrus Creation as I was attracted by their promotion package. I have to say that I am very satisfied with the works. Ben was able to deliver what he has promised in the package, and there were no add on costs that we had initially feared. I believe this showed that Cyrus is a reliable company which repaid my trust in them. Thanks to Ben who deserves credit for accommodating my requests. I can have no complaints about the service, as Ben was professional and dependable throughout.

Went to this company after seeing much positive reviews. Guess its our luck for getting this noober than us interior designer. Another fake "interior designer" who does not know how to design and keeps giving past designs she has done which is very very typical. Even after giving her many suggestion, she is unable to get the company's real designer to draft out like how we want. We had to one by one go through with her all the details. Keeps asking for part-payment when there are mistakes done by her contractor during every progress. She did not make an effort to go and check after the contractor has done their job and instead we have to do all the checking. I have no idea why we have to pay her for this. She did stupid things like clearing debris when the project is only halfway through and asking her cleaner to do the major cleaning when we told her not to first. Totally can feel that all they are after is only money. Total bad experience with our first ever renovation. Thumbs down! Anyway, she is now in another company by the name of Inspire ID group. I believe there are really good designers around but beware let her do your design unless its a real simple one.

This is my experience when i went to visit Cyrus creation on April 2017. I stumbled upon the review of a bad experience and I had to share a similar or if not a more horrendous experience i had with Cyrus creation. Id: Axcel Yeo. First started off very smooth we were greeted very enthusiastically by the id, and 5 mins into the discussion of the theme i would want, he kept cutting me off and kept saying 'let me finish! let me finish!" Am i the customer or you? and as the discussion continue to go down hill. he started making sarcastic remarks. very disgusting individual. That's not the worst part, as we were about to leave my husband said something that was a shock and probably the reason of this extremely obnoxious behavior. This ID was wreaking of alcohol!! UNBELIEVABLE! it was about 3PM on a weekday as i remembered my husband and I took leave to go around to cater to the needs of our new Flat. I was told the guys are so rowdy they would drink alcohol day and night. When has it ever been a good idea to serve customers DRUNK!? very very unprofessional and just a loud mouth disgusting person. FAIL! DO not go to This ID.
