The essential client requirement for renovating their new home includes the incorporation of a makeup table with a wardrobe and an open space for their dining area. The client desires a dedicated area for their beauty routine, complete with a functional makeup table and ample storage for cosmetics and clothing items. Simultaneously, they envision an open and inviting dining space that can accommodate a dining table and chairs comfortably. Notably, the project's highlight is the cleverly hidden air conditioning access window positioned behind the makeup table, ensuring efficient airflow and maintenance of the cooling system.
