Right from the start, Sean gave us the confidence that he could help bring our first home to life. He understood the design we wanted and translated it into something both practical and visually appealing. We truly appreciated his experience and creativity. Throughout the renovation journey, he was consistently responsive, any concerns or questions we had were clarified by him. All of the minor setbacks were handled quickly and professionally, which gave us great peace of mind. Overall, it was a smooth and reassuring experience working with Sean, and we’re very happy with how everything turned out.

Hired this interior design company to renovate my unit 2 years ago. Recently, the bathroom glass door they installed suddenly SHATTERED with a loud bang, nobody even touched it or near it! Lucky no one was inside in the bathroom or else tragedy already. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. We've been super careful with the door, no rough use, nothing. And now, I'm also worried about the other glass panel in the shower, what if it also shatter one day? I contacted the company, but it's been weeks and still NO REPLY. Their after sales service is completely NO standard. Plus, during the renovation itself, they already messed up plenty of things, like the cabinet doors being misaligned and not closing properly, or random nails stick out from the installations etc. Had to keep chasing them to fix it. Really tiring to deal with them. I won't recommend this company TBH. NO accountability, delays, low quality.

Today is the 7th time they have missed their handover deadline since engaging them 1yr 3mths ago. False ceiling was done wrongly 3 times. Flooring materials were infested with bugs. All the work are passed to their sub-contractors. The ID hardly do any site visit to check on progress or the quality of the work done. Lots of nice sales talk before signing the contract. True colours are now revealed.

They claimed to be a HDB licensed contractor, but it turns out that they're not. They have also been doing the renovation work without applying for a HDB permit. I signed a contract with them because they are CASE Trust accredited. Then they use another company that is not CASE accredited to bill me. They also did not provide a performance bond (a CASE requirement for accredited companies) for the deposit that they took from me. False ceiling was done wrongly 3 times. Flooring materials were infested with bugs. Low quality carpentry with shoddy workmanship. After more than 1 year, the renovation work is still not completed. All the work are passed to their sub-contractors. The ID hardly do any site visit to check on progress or the quality of the work done. Lots of nice sales talk before signing the contract. After taking payment, they avoid my phone calls and don't reply my messages. Their true colours are now revealed. I'm going to file a police report against them for fraud.
