I bought a 20+ year old 1400 sqft condo unit (bad condition having being a rental from day 1). Rex had been forthcoming and accommodating in proposing various design to meet my requirement e.g. leveraging high ceiling, bringing more light into the unit. He pays attention to details and workmanship (having a strong carpenter team) e.g. quality of the laminate and making sure the space is practical like minimise dead space in the kitchen. Appreciate Rex for being able to keep cost under control with no compromise to design and practicality e.g. keeping and refinish the original doors.

Strong carpenter team and practical design plus on time delivery
Very responsive to last minute changes request as well as post key handover slight defect management. He will coordinate with the subcontractors to make sure we get the right quality of work.
Very good value for money considering we need to "overhaul" the whole place. Finding ways to keep cost under control e.g. repair the false ceiling instead of replacement.
