Full House Building Construction

I worked with Ruvy from Full House for my resale condo which requires quiete a major overhaul and addition alteration work that need to hack and relayout to fit my lifestyle. I chanced upon her personal website portfolio on google and got in contact with her. She is responsive and set up a meeting to discuss the very next day. Ruvy listened to my needs and wants for renovation requirement, she proposed a great concept layout and design detail. Although her initial quotation came up higher than my expected cost, its mainly due to the extra items I wanted. At the end Ihave to remove alot of works that I wanted to fit into my budget, she was ok with this and responded kindly and with respect without judging. Her professional personality and patience and experienced in resale projects are the reason why I picked her as my designer. Never pushy in sales and ideas. From discussions and queries with her, she can answer and guide well which shows her years of experience in the interior field. She gives good advices on design planning & materials even when I wanna incoorperate some weird design ideas that I like, she tries her best to make it works. The renovation is pretty smooth. She is on site alot, sending me pictures of renovation progress. There are days she is there whole day to really monitor everything, especially carpentry installation day, I can see her communicate and brief carpenter clearly and stayed back to supervise (I bump into her at late evening when i go to see my house progress after work). she ensures carpentry workmanship is done to her drawings and standard.There were some very very minor defects and Ruvy promptly address these for us to move in on time and have a comfortable home. I am grateful to have an ID like Ruvy who is knowledgeable and experienced, taking care of my home design and renovation. I also recommended Ruvy to my friends and family that needs an ID.

It was a pleasure working with Ruvy, the design manager from Full House. She is experienced, creative and very patience designer. She also communicates well with us throughout the renovation. Even after the renovation has completed, she provides us with very helpful post reno assistance. I like that Ruvy does not force her ideas on us, instead she listens and advice respectfully without belittling some of the weird ideas we have. Although there are changes during design discussion and renovation, she always handle it well and make the changes succesful for us. She also guides us well through out the design discussion and renovation process. Plus point is she designed my house well for baby and pet friendly . Other than just doing design, she also accompanies us to furniture and fitting shopping, giving her advices and feedback on our purchases to help us make good purchase decision. She also help to personally manage our home renovation, send us updates of work done and goes extra mile to personally supervise to ensure workers do a job. Sometimes she also gets her hands dirty to do some minor rectification herself, that's commitment. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied to have Ruvy doing up my home. Will definitely reccomend her and Full house for others who are looking to build their dream home. Thanks Ruvy!

Our bathroom was leaking water to the unit downstairs so we decided to engage this company for our repair work. The stated timeframe for renovation was 28 MAY to 31 MAY, 9am to 6pm daily (except Sunday). On 28 MAY, the worker (alone) arrived 1.5 hours late, without any tools. He 'inspected' the toilet then went down to collect his tools, which took another 25 mins. In the end, he only began work at 11.30am. My mom asked him how long he needed and he replied 'I only one person, it's very hot here. How fast you want me to be?' He took 3 breaks of 20 to 30 mins each between 11.30am and 2pm and I politely requested if he could finish the drilling by 2pm as I had a meeting from 2pm to 5pm. He decided to take a break at 1.45pm, returned at 2.15pm and started drilling till 3.30pm. I had to leave my unit and attend my meeting at the common stairwell. The next day, all was fine until he broke our glass weighing machine, which we had to clean up. We let it go as accidents happen. Fast forward to 31 MAY Monday, we expected everything to be completed by this day, so my mother took leave on 1 JUNE to deep clean the house after the repair works. The worker left at 1.30PM saying he would return the following day to finish the job. I was puzzled as the notice given to us and the paper posted outside our unit clearly stated 28 MAY to 31 MAY, not 28 MAY to 1 JUN. The worker also mentioned there would be 'extra charges like $70 or $100' and when I asked what for, he couldn't respond. My mom and I contacted the project manager, Mr Yeo, and he assured my mom that the works were supposed to be completed by 31 MAY and he was unaware the worker had left at 1.30PM. The worker finally finished at 1.30PM on 1 JUNE, and before leaving (I was the only one home as I work from home) he made several comments I found unnecessary: 'why did your mother complain I leave early yesterday, I know how to do my job there is a system' 'later my boss dock my salary' 'if you got other problem, is not my problem anymore you call the company' Is this what an employee should be saying to a customer? My mom encountered the worker while coming home and he was sitting in his vehicle, shouting at my mom 'WHY DID YOU COMPLAIN ME!' and other things she didn't catch. I find it EXTREMELY INAPPROPRIATE and UNACCEPTABLE for a worker to be yelling at my mom (a customer) from his vehicle. If you did a poor job, own up to it and strive to improve next time. Do not blame the customer for everything. I am awaiting a response from Mr Yeo Khim Yam (project manager) and will update my review based on the service recovery action(s) taken. Thanks.
