Simply horrible... I paid $70k for renovation that I wish I could tear down and rebuild over.
These guys trained their IDs well and they truly make impressive sales pitch - i’m in the sales profession too and was impressed. But as a profession, I always tell my sales guys that we wouldn’t sell things we wouldn’t buy. This is where Fuse is not.
From capentry, to electrician, to paint work... they are so inferior that my friends who had been complaining about their renovations before now count their blessings. I showed my ID some photos before and he said “cannot compare lah... they use contractors - of course better”. Guess the horror I had when I heard that.
They constantly blamed their contractors for the poor work; making it seems like it was out of their hands... Isn’t this why you hire IDs in the first place!? My wife and I had to deal with the contractors directly many times...
Now moving in 5 months; we live with all the problems from their lousy workmanship, lack of quality controls, and Tai chi follow-ups.
They are truly mercenaries; they do enough so they maximize their hefty profits, yet without leaving you to bring it up to CASE.
Anyway these are my experiences; and if you decide to go with them, I wish you’ll have better luck than I did.
DesignYou wouldn’t tell that it cost $70k
WorkmanshipMy friends count their blessing with their own reno works after seeing mine...

Customer Service- constantly blamed their contractors
- did only enough to maximize their profits, while making sure you can’t bring it up to CASE
- once full payment paid up; have to keep chasing and chasing for follow-ups
Value for MoneyDid I say I wanna tear it all up if I can...?
