“Untrustworthy company”
Engaged HFZReno for my house unfortunately it did not get completed on time. Paid 95% even before work started unfortunately when it did, there was a lot of delay due to manpower issues and the so-called Director, Muhammad Hafiz Bin Mohd Shah, was not actively onsite to inspect the quality and the extend of the incomplete work. He owes workers, office space rental companies as well as customers money.
Lousy. Looked authentic but seemed the ideas were copied from other designers and from other website.
Lousy. Provided rusty screws and gaps within tiles and other joints are not covered, instead left not complete.
Trash. No service compared to the amount paid. Work is delayed, claiming workers and no soutions to us.
Not at all. The amount invoiced is kot worth the service rendered. Yet to refund for the incomplete.works
