10 Floor Condominium Renovation The developer-owner of this CBD apartment block needed to give his 10 year old investment property a contemporary renovation, which reflected the fast paced tenants who lived there. Inspired by the city and views across the coast, the design concept combined natural tones and soft artisan accents to contrast busy city life. Location - Tanjong Pagar, Singapore
