We were blessed to have Kenny in charge of our reno works for Bidadari Alkaff Vista. Everything went on schedule. Minor hiccups here and there but were quickly rectified. Kenny is very responsive and on the ball. He is quite creative and takes well to our feedback. He also went the extra mile to check on some things, acted as a liaison and provided contacts for us, making sure that our house is cosy and comfy. Would definitely recommend him to new homeowners. Thanks so much, Kenny! :)

In summary, ID ran away without rectification works done. Workmanship 2/10 Schedule 0/10 Price 9/10 Cleaning works 1/10 (if your tiles are black in colour and your paint are white, you can have a very nice “galaxy” feel on your floor. Use your imagination) ID did not provide work schedule. The work was done up based on trust but look at what that has got me into now. Lesson learnt, don’t trust your ID too much and always take control. But that also lead to the point of why hire ID if you are taking all the control to oversee your project. Although most work was done up but some rectification works still pending. Company has agreed to make rectification by another ID. Basically picking up scraps left by the irresponsible Aloysius Jadon Ho. Choose this ID for their price. It is cheap. But the price justifies for its value. I won’t recommend this ID if you are going for value. It has basically tarnished its reputation built by many good people. All because of this one Aloysius Ho. Trust google reviews better than Qanvast.
