I am happy to share my incredibly positive experience working with Nathalie on the renovation of my new house. Nathalie has an exceptional service and commitment ensuring our satisfaction made the entire process enjoyable. She was always approachable, responsive, and open to discussions. She took time to listen attentively to our ideas and concerns, making us feel heard and understood throughout the entire renovation journey. I was very grateful to have Nathalie as my ID.

I was glad to have found Jun. First of all Jun was extremely responsive and responsible, which my wife and I like about his. His proposed design was excellent and fit our budget. His team also did a fantastic job in the living, kitchen and bedrooms. We were impressed with the attention to details and overall, even some issues arise, it's resolved relatively promptly. Lastly, move in duration is tight, but he managed to push through everything so we can move in comfortably. We were extremely thankful for his coordination and will recommend his to our family & friends.

Highly recommended ID firm! I was fortunate that Jun was my ID. Honestly, I had a few lower quotes by other ID firms but Jun's personality and creative mind eventually swayed my decision to engage him and I was glad I did. He was true to his words and kept his promises. He also went the extra miles on things that weren’t part of his job scope were done properly too. Our recent renovation experience with Nathalie has left us overall satisfied. She showed professionalism throughout the process, and she put in alot of efforts to go through multiple design changes before we are able to finalise with what we want for our home. She listened to our ideas to and further enhance the design for our home. She will also update us regularly about the progress/work on the renovation as we were away for 1 month. The attention to detail of the work was quite impressive. The renovation was completed on time and we were very satisfied with the renovation.

We are re-renovating our old HDB flats. Nathalie and Jun follow through the process and constantly updating us the renovation progress. They had a very thorough discussion on the wardrobe and kitchen cabinet when all the hacking work is done which gave us a better picture with drawing and detailed explanation of the entire renovation. They also managed to help us to speed up the process and handover to us within 2 months' time with everything done. There were some minor defects, but they were resolved quickly. Thank you for what u all have done Nathalie & Jun.

After talking with many IDs we decided to engage Jun due to his approachable and practical working style and good design As first time homeowners, it was a excellent experience working with him and we're very grateful to have him to help us through the renovation process. He's extremely responsive at all hours of the day and always answers even our smallest questions. Jun was very proactive in asking us about design decisions that needed to be made and was also forthcoming with suggestions from his own renovation experience.

Jun have been great so far on our project, setting expectations and always meeting their self set deadlines. He really supported us through the design stage and we are really happy with the quality of the drawings and the consultations we had in order to come up with the final plan for submission. With him as professional IDs in ensuring the designing and planning takes place properly, the respective contractors that they engaged to carry out the works for the project have also excellent workmanship and this is evident from very little need for rectification works even after the renovation was completed at the very end

Great pleasure working with Jay and his team from G'Atelier. The work were completed and delivered with quality finishing indeed as per promised. The team are very very patient and accommodating which took time to explain every detail on why would it not work and gave very constructive alternate suggestions. Definitely one of the most reliable and trustworthy firm around. Would definitely look for them again in future if I'm gonna get anything done up. Great work indeed!
