I recently had the pleasure of working with Lens on a renovation project, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. He was professional, humble, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Lens listened to all my needs, provided valuable insights, and delivered high-quality work. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. Even though it was a small project, Lens consistently managed the schedule and kept us updated throughout the process. We signed on with Larvotto in Dec 2022 stating clearly that move in date is 1st week May’23. Designer Alvin promised that project can meet the timeline. We noticed that no real work was done until Mar’23. Project was behind schedule and we agreed to push back move in till end May’23. On the day of moving in, house was not in move-in condition and workmen were all over the house. We had to squeeze in one bedroom while the work continued in the house for another month. In order to ‘fix up’ the master bedroom, the workers started to install the bathroom fixtures ‘freehand’ ie without measurement and marking. The electrician destroyed many wall switch outlets. One of the sockets came off from the wall in less than a year. Designer’s response is cannot fix back. The hole is still there with the socket hanging dangerously from the wall. Aircon installer left a hole in the exterior wall after removing the old aircon piping. The electrician left a hole in the floor after installing a db box in the basement. All these were discovered by us and not the designer. We had to follow up very closely to have the holes filled. Along the way, there were errors in the renovation, but we are quite accepting and agreed to the walk around. In 1-2months the ceiling pipe burst and flooded the living room. Now 1 year later, there is leaking from the master room bathroom. Designer is not responsive after a taking Quick look. Initial assessment from other contractors is it could be due to poor waterproofing job. That is why we contacted designer Alvin again. To not respond is very irresponsible. He could have at least referred us to his contractors to troubleshoot and figure out the root of the problem. If it is really due to waterproofing, then Designer and company has to make the necessary repairs. Waterproofing has to last many years, how can it be a one guarantee?? It’s only now we realize that Northwest and subsidiary does not have any official email contact. So there is no one to escalate to. We have tried using the quotation request form but have been ignored. We will try the main line next but doubt we will get very far. Overall we are quite disappointed. We have treated the Designer well and accommodated all the shortcomings along the way. The lack of response is totally uncalled for and unprofessional

Overall experience was very bad. I would not recommend people to get Larvotto to do reno works. The ID taking charge of our toilet reno was not tracking the reno works closely. We had to constantly reminding him, pushing him to get things done. On few occasions, we had to take leaves to be at home just because the ID screwed up the schedule. At times, we tried contacting the ID but he didn't respond.

I put down a refundable deposit at a reno fair with Larvotto with the assurance that it would be returned to me if I found their proposal unsuitable. The design proposed was generic and I informed the designer that I would be working with another firm that had given me a more well thought out and detailed proposal. It has been 2 months since I was promised that the deposit would be returned and now the designer in charge is avoiding my calls. Tried calling the main office but nothing has been done. Highly disappointed.

I did inform to Rex of a special adult will be living with me in a unit before the renovation on 2024,safety aspects are vital. he didn't bothered after Poor follow up on the progress with his contractor window and grill had issues.Grille fallen from the frame less than 1 year and filed police report against Larvotto. electrical also kept having issues, he didn't arranged for LEW inspection..... ........

Very unprofessional ID company, please avoid Rex, as he only wants sale but don't know project management. Never monitor his contractor progress. Worst experience on 6th Jul2025, one of the window grills in living room fallen on the floor inside my unit and almost fell outside window from 17th high. floor. WA to the boss Randy next day and he didn't reply. WA again on informed to my MP already, then he replied. Window glass panel from their contractor MAG cracked within 3 months after moved in. Told me to have a meeting with him and his window contractor to resolve on my fallen window grill issues and I filed a poliereport aainst Larvotto and MAG. Rex engaged the window contractor and his boss told me to meet up with them. Crazy !

1. Met Larvotto Interior Design Kane Saw at Larvotto Interior Design Office in Tradehub 21 and make the initial deposit of cash SGD 1,000.00 paid to Larvotto Interior Design thru PayNow on 27 Jul 2023. 2. 12 Aug 2023 - 1st meeting to discuss with Larvotto Interior Design Kane Saw on the laminate colour, wall paint colour and design of the wardrobes, TV wall and cabinets. Was informed that the 3D should be out in 2 weeks time. 3. On 4 Sep 2023, we ask Larvotto Interior Design Kane Saw about our 3D, was told need another week. 4. Larvotto Interior Design Kane Saw sent us the first 3D on 18 Sep 2023. But wall colour wrong, some of the design we discuss also wrong. From 12 Aug 2023 to 18 Sep 2023 (1 month and 6 days) colour wrong, design wrong and is done by a chief designer. 5. 22 Sep 2023 Larvotto Interior Design Kane Saw resent 3D drawing to us. 6. We got our key on 29 Sep 2023, Larvotto Interior Design Kane Saw came down site survey, we informed Larvotto Interior Design Kane Saw that we need to shift in on 02 Dec 2023, and he committed that he will clean up and hand over the fully renovated house to us on 27 Nov 2023. 7. 07 Oct 2023, site survey with Larvotto Interior Design Kane Saw and the carpenter, did some adjustment to the shoe cabinet and also master room wardrobe, need to redraw these 2 cabinets. 8. Make a Cheque payment of SGD 3,000.00 to Larvotto Interior Design Kane Saw at Larvotto Interior Design Office in Tradehub 21 on 12 Oct 2023. 9. 19 Oct 2023, chief designer hospitalised, our 3D still not done. Was told if there are minor rework on the 3D should be very fast don't need to re queue but how come from 7 Oct 2023 to 19 Oct 2023 almost 2 weeks our minor rework of the 3D cannot be done by the CHIEF DESIGNER! 10. We sent a complain WhatApps Message on 19 Oct 2023 highlighting all the issues relating to the 3D designs. 11. On 20 Oct 2023, Larvotto Interior Design Kane Saw informed that Larvotto Interior Design agreed to change another 3D Designer to redo our 3D Drawings, but can only give us the 3D Drawing on 24 Oct 2023. 12. On 24 Oct 2023 Morning, Larvotto Interior Design Kane Saw informed that the 3D Desginer’s computer is corrupted, therefore unable to send us our 3D Drawings. 13. On 24 Oct 2023 (2304hrs), Larvotto Interior Design Kane Saw forwarded our 3D Drawings to us. 14. On 25 Oct 2023, we informed Larvotto Interior Design Kane Saw to start the carpentry fabrications for most of the wardrobes, platforms, and kitchen Cabinets. 15. Make a Cheque payment of SGD 12,000.00 to Larvotto Interior Design Hong Yi at Larvotto Interior Design Office in Tradehub 21 on 26 Oct 2023, as Larvotto Interior Design Kane Saw was not in Singapore. 16. After reviewing the shoe cabinets and TV console, informed Larvotto Interior Design Kane Saw to proceed with the carpentry fabrications on 26 Oct 2023. 17. Larvotto Interior Design Kane Saw informed that the fabrications will take 2 to 3 weeks to complete and based on the schedule the installation of all the carpentries will be commencing on 13 Nov 2023 that week. 18. Make a Cheque payment of SGD 10,500.00 to Larvotto Interior Design Hong Yi at Larvotto Interior Design Office in Tradehub 21 on 05 Nov 2023, Larvotto Interior Design Kane Saw was not in Singapore. 19. 05 Nov 2023, lay protection for the floor. 20. 07 Nov 2023, tiling, plumbing and false ceiling start. 21. 12 Nov 2023, painting for the house. 22. Larvotto Interior Design Kane Saw sent revised schedule the carpentry installation can only start on 21 Nov 2023, which is about 1 week late as compare to the initial schedule. 23. Shower Screen contractors came to install the shower screen on 18 Nov 2023, but only the common toilet is installed, the master bedroom was not installed. Larvotto Interior Design Kane Saw informed that the measurement was wrong. 24. 21 Nov 2023, carpentry installation start with only one installer (not the worker who fabricate the carpentries) doing the installation. 25. We found out the platform for bedroom 3 was wrong, the fabricated platform was less than the agreed 57sqft. This error was found out on 22 Nov 2023. Immediately informed Larvotto Interior Design Kane Saw and Larvotto Interior Design Hong Yi. 26. We also found out that master bedroom wardrobe should be sling door but the delivered item is a casement door wardrobe. 27. The top hang cabinet in bedroom 3, contractually is 5ft, but the delivered cabinet is only 3ft. 28. There was NO onsite supervision from Larvotto Interior Design Kane Saw since 12 Nov 2023. We have been doing all the supervision since the project started. 29. We lodged a complained to Larvotto Interior Design Francis Tham on 23 Nov 2023 as there were no carpentry works done on 22 Nov 2023 and 23 Nov 2023. 30. Larvotto Interior Design Francis Tham informed us on 23 Nov 2023 that our carpentry installation will be completed in 3 days (i.e. 26 Nov 2023). 31. On 24 Nov 2023, 2 installers (not the worker who fabricate the carpentries) came to install and on 25 Nov 2023 only 1 installer (not the worker who fabricate the carpentries), on the 25 Nov 2023, we found out that the shoe cabinet is too long and it was wrong dimension as agreed in the contract. 32. We requested for a site meeting on 25 Nov 2023@1400 with Larvotto Interior Design Francis Tham, Larvotto Interior Design Hong Yi and the carpentry vendor. 33. As the platform sized is wrong, the study table dimension is wrong too. Carpentry Vendor suggested to do extension to the table which we strongly refused and demanded to fabricate a new table. 34. After the site meeting, Larvotto Interior Design Francis Tham informed that all carpentry works will be completed on 28 Nov 2023 which is another 2 more days of delay. 35. The handover of the project shifted from 27 Nov 2023 to 30 Nov 2023. 36. Since 21 Nov 2023, the start of the carpentry installation, we have request and even pleaded with Larvotto Interior Design Francis Tham and Hong Yi to get more installers and workers from the Carpentry Vendor to help install our carpentry but to no avail. 37. We must accept the Master Bedroom casement door wardrobe instead of sling door as the rework will further delay the completion of the project. 38. The over length shoe cabinet was not redone, the installer (not the worker who fabricate the carpentries) onsite cut off the excess length and the contracted 5 ft became 4.11ft. 39. The finishing and quality of the carpentry works are poor as these are rushing works since the beginning of the project. 40. Installation of 3 x 6ft wardrobes, 2 x 11ft top and bottom kitchen cabinets, 1 x 8.5ft bottom kitchen cabinet, 1 x 4ft service yard bottom cabinet, 57sqft platform, 1 x 5ft TV console and cabinet, 1 x 5ft shoe cabinets took 8 days to complete (21 Nov 2023 – 28 Nov 2023) 41. All the mistakes were spotted by us as we have been doing site supervision since the day when the installation starts, imagine if we were not present during the installation, what will be catoptric outcome it will be. 42. Larvotto Interior Design is totally unprofessional starting from 3D Design (wrong colour even after we have clearly indicated what colour we wanted), take more than 45 days to provide a 3D Drawing, communicated that our shifting date is on 02 Dec 2023 since the initial meetings but still did not put in effort to ensure all planned schedule are adhere to and completed on time. Worst part of all, the dimensions of those critical items are wrong even after we have site survey and measurement. 43. Larvotto Interior Design is not customer centric; we highlight our concern but was not taken seriously. We saw the issues when the installer (not the worker who fabricate the carpentries) starts to do installation, only 1 or 2 installers in the initial phase, they are not the one who fabricate the cabinets, they need time to find and even call the carpentry boss to verify which is which. We highlighted that the right person and the number of carpentry workers should be doing our installation but none of our suggestion or plead was taken seriously.
