“No frills, Responsible, Creative”
Word of advise - JUST meet them up because you'll probably end up working with them. Loved our renovation experience with Le Interior Affairs. Worked with Richelle and Kaylee and they are quite the perfect couple. Richelle's an arty farts while Kaylee is the on-the-ball mum making sure you go to school on time which makes this pair ideal to what we need. We started our reno-hunt pretty early about 6 months prior to key-collections to our BTO and visited over 15 ID firms and LIA being the last few but quickly came to our top 4 choices. They were very respectful of our budget, finding balance between our lifestyle and their ideas; took responsibilities of mistakes which I can imagine most companies would have taken the opportunity to carrot on their variant orders. The actual reno process was a breeze with a calendar schedule in place, clear updates on which part of the house is currently being worked on, and clear ample space to prep for the relevant deliveries to come in place. Carpenters, plumbers, electricians weren't your regular grumpy-old-men; but those who took pride in their work to make sure you get what you paid for. They strike a great balance working between contractors and clients. Just-great-humans-to-work. Love yall!
They design were out-of-box with great considerations to what we need on the practical end to suit our living habits
Contractors goes the extra mile to ensure that their delivered work is up to standard. There were some things missed out here and there but was manageable.
They are always contactable regardless of what time. This was especially important for us on problem solving. They also got involved in our shopping journey.
Quote was reasonable and value for money given with the post-covid inflation. We managed to keep within the budget.
