We are very pleased with our kitchen renovation and would like to express our appreciation to our interior designer, Jeff Yong, for his dedication and effort throughout the project. We particularly appreciate the clean and uncluttered concept. The combination of light wood-grain cabinetry, white finishes, marble-look countertop and backsplash, together with the warm under-cabinet lighting, creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The space has also been thoughtfully utilised. Instead of focusing only on appearance, Jeff incorporated practical storage solutions such as full-height cabinets, concealed storage and narrow pull-out compartments that make good use of otherwise wasted spaces. The integrated appliances and streamlined cabinetry help maintain a neat, seamless appearance. We are also satisfied with the overall workmanship. The cabinet doors and drawers are neatly aligned, the surfaces and edges are well finished, and the fittings operate smoothly. Small details such as the lighting integration and cabinetry around the appliances contribute greatly to the finished appearance. Throughout the renovation, Jeff was approachable, patient and responsive. When we had questions or needed adjustments, he listened and worked with us towards practical solutions. This made the renovation process much easier to manage. We found Dylan on Xiaohongshu ，and honestly, he was the one who stood out immediately. Our main requirement was to create an additional room, and his design was the most unique, practical, and attractive compared to all the other IDs we spoke to. What impressed us the most was that during our very first meeting, he already came fully prepared with a 3D design. We didn’t have to imagine anything — we could clearly see how our future home would look like. That first meeting alone already gave us a very strong impression. We still met a few other designers after that, but none of them could match his level of detail, effort, and sincerity. Dylan also spent the most time with us, patiently explaining everything without rushing. In terms of pricing, he gave us the best value by far. Based on what we wanted, other quotes were close to $100k, but he managed to deliver everything within about $70k without compromising on quality. During the renovation, he consistently updated us on every detail at the site, which made us feel very assured throughout the whole process. We also needed to move in earlier than planned, and he not only met the timeline but completed everything 4–5 days in advance. Overall, we are genuinely very satisfied with Dylan. It’s not easy to find someone this responsible, detailed, and trustworthy. We will definitely recommend him to our family and friends.

Mostly want sales as priority only "No sign agreement or deposit make don't waste time". There are alot in the market i shall not name them. Let this statement i written as a case study to all customers who expect their home to be nicely done and responsible (Minimum and acceptable range). Take for example, interior designers suppose to know how to draw out what we have spoken and not just asking for deposit / commitment first. We clients are not interested in stealing your art work of sending to us in private (Email or Whatsapp) instead we expect you to invite us down to your premise once your 2D or 3D drawing is ready then we proceed on commitment (Sign Agreement & Place Deposit) For me if you are unable to produce a single drawing of what we want, you have failed in this industry! This is the reason why i selected MODA Interior Designer (Lucas Lau) and he did it! He absolutely understand and remember what we spoken before for couples of hours and days!
