The client is an outgoing individual who really enjoys being in the natural environment. She is also a huge supporter of environmental sustainability. Hence, we specified reclaimed waste pallet wood for the entrance pegboard and reused chopsticks to create the kitchen island countertop. For the outdoor shower area, we used solid balau wood partition to create an open yet private shower area. The outdoor terrace and balcony were left un-sheltered on purpose so that the homeowner and her friends can enjoy gathering in the open.
