New Interior Design

Just renovated our new house with New Interior Design and we are very satisfied with the service! Our interior designer Jacob has been so patient with us even with our mountain of requests. Jacob is always contactable and responsible - he makes that everything in the house is 100/100. Even AFTER handover, he still makes sure to help when we need (e.g. helping to install controllers, oiling the door knob etc) despite that that's probably out of his job scope. I heard so many horror stories of contractors ripping off house owners' money and we were definitely fearful being 1st time homeowners but safe to say, the experience with Jacob/New Interior Design has been amazing! Will definitely recommend Jacob to anyone looking to get their home renovation done with a peace of mind.

We are a repeat customer and have done several renovation work with Mr Eric and his company. New Interior Design is a professional, and more importantly, trustworthy company. Both Eric and Jacob were always professional, patient and courteous, and we would immediately turn to them if we were to have any changes/additional renovation needs. We appreciate Eric and his team especially, Jacob who had recently handed our renovation project. He took time to update and explain the progress, while also answering our questions and responding to our concerns. He was always at the job site to meet with the contractors to set up, do and ensure that the project is completed in time. We were very satisfied with the outcome of our job and would highly recommend New Interior Design without reservation. We have engaged New Interior based on their responsiveness and trustworthy. It will eliminated our worries on the tight timeframe, quality workmanship etc. We also went through the renovation details and got 3D drawing before project start. This allowed our renovation works to be able to progress smoothly without any surprises. However, no job is without problems, but a reputable company will be able to get them sorted out promptly and efficiently.

The bathroom designs really opened up the space of our house and the color choice was also excellent. We ended up with a practical and functional living space, that is kids friendly. The quality of work done was also very decent.
