I was fortunate to meet Ben and chose him as my ID amongst 6 other IDs which I engaged. A very professional and experienced individual. On a few occasions, when I randomly visited my flat during the Reno phase, Ben was there ensuring the contractors where doing a good job. Ben has a challenging task of taking charge of our house’ design and renovation within the tight timeline of 3 weeks whereby there were quite a fair bit of hacking, flooring, masonry, carpentry, painting and plumbing works. Ben was incredibly patient and took time to understand our requirement which we have changed at the eleventh hour. He would incorporate them into the design as well as offering his suggestions in terms of practicality and functionality balancing between costs. Ben is meticulous and responsible in his work and was always so swift and responsive to our queries (sometimes at odd hours). He kept the renovation work to the proposed timeline despite some unexpected issues that might potentially delay the project but Ben was confident and reassuring of the handover and along the process, a strong trust and friendship have been fostered. We left the entire renovation under his keen supervision as he liaised with different groups of contractors. He was always onsite and kept us promptly updated with regular updates of the works and next checkpoints. Our renovation process with Ben was smooth and stress-free.
