Working with Darius was like working with close friends who truly understood my vision. He took the time to get to know us on a personal level, understanding our preferences and what we expect of our living space seeing that we have kids and want to make it more family friendly or having a design that will be more suited for our growing family and lifestyle changes. He also kept us updated every step of the way, ensuring that I was involved in the decision-making process while also respecting my time and budget. The entire renovation process was just so fuss free and we're very happy we chose Paddry Interior for our first home.

Paddry Interior is the 1st contractor ID we met and we went ahead with them. When we first met Darius, we had absolutely no idea on what we want in our home but he gave us great suggestions based on our family composition. He takes a lot of pride in his work, be it sending us the quotation just 2 days after our 1st meeting, designing our 3D renders after or during the entire renovation works, he is always there to give constant updates and a solid timeline to follow. He even went all out to draft us the list of to-buy items for - Kitchen appliances (hood/hob/ built-in oven etc) - Lightings (qty, type and colour) - Socket points (type and qty) All we need to do is bring the entire list down and show it to the staff, choose, arrange for delivery and we don't even have to be there to accept the deliveries. Darius even stayed on the phone with us to double confirm the dimensions of our kitchen appliances like the refrigerator to make sure the height/ width can fit our kitchen!) We were affected by the Circuit Breaker just when we started on our reno and works have to be halted, Darius was the one who was following up with BCA every day for the approval for resumption on our unit. We honestly didn't have to do anything, didn't even have to ask. He was just there to give updates, daily on the status. Upon approval, reno works were completed just as planned without any delays. We went to our house less than 5 times for the entire renovation period because this is how well the entire reno process is taken care of by him. His local workers are just too good they have been in the industry for many many years. Paddry Interior and their team is definitely a dream team to work with - their passion, their workmanship, their workers. Thank you for building our 1st home. Seeing the 3D renders coming alive is like our dream turning into reality. Thank you Darius, Janessa (who supports behind the scene) and your team. We love our home created by you.

I went thru about 5 contractors before I finally choose Darius for my carpentry/electrical works. He strikes me as a person with no-nonsense, Honest plus the relief was he didn't push heavily on the sales as to asked you to commit. His words were "I let my price/work speak for itself". On the subject of work I appreciated he gave me advise if the form/design/feature on how it will finally look should I wanted it my way or as per his advise and suggestion. He was meticulous in the details and any shortcomings he quickly resolved himself. He also was patient to attend to all of my last-minute changes even on installation day. Come installation day he was present throughout the day and managing his personnel on getting the job done with minimal mess etc as I was already living there. What I respected what he didn't want the final payment until everything was 100%. In terms of price, He isn't cheap although he isn't outrageously expensive and IMHO it's a fair price for the works done and as mentioned he advise/suggestion and attention to details made every cent worth. I definitely would recommend Darius / Paddry Building Contract for all your renovation or any other works required for your homes etc and would also definitely work with him again..
