Everyone has heard stories of renovation nightmares, and I was determined not to become one of them. I started by shortlisting five firms, spoke to two, and quickly decided on Project L Studio. From the very beginning, Alice Law—the lady boss—impressed me with her knowledge, sincerity, and keen eye for detail. She only recommended what truly needed to be done, with no hard selling or gimmicks. What stood out even more was Alice’s effort to keep me updated throughout the process. She consistently sent photos and videos at each stage of progress, which gave me peace of mind and confidence that everything was on track. From project planning to execution, everything was carefully laid out with clear milestones. The renovation was completed well ahead of schedule, with only minor defects—an achievement that truly impressed me. My family is delighted with the outcome, and I know I made the right choice. The entire process was fuss-free, and I felt completely confident leaving the project in Alice’s capable hands. Kudos to Alice and her team for a job wonderfully done!

Before meeting Caster, we spoke to a few interior designers. Some were clearly overcharging, some seemed inexperienced, and others didn’t feel very committed. But after our first meeting with Caster, we knew she was the one we could trust with our home. Throughout the renovation journey, Caster really went above and beyond. I can be quite indecisive when it comes to colours and design, but she patiently guided us through everything and helped make the decisions easier. In the end, everything came together so beautifully and matched better than we could have imagined. We also appreciate how honest she was in telling us what was necessary and what wasn’t so we waste money. What we love most is how Caster always considers both functionality and aesthetics in the design. Our home is not just practical for daily living, it’s also warm and beautiful. Honestly, it’s hard to say which part of the house we love the most because we love almost everything. One thing that really touched us was how Caster went above and beyond her role (won’t list down details as not to create unnecessary expectations from future clients), taking extra time and effort to guide us through the process and support us whenever needed. At times it even felt like it’s her own home she’s renovating because she cared about every tiny detail. She’s done so much I truly feel that she’s part of this house and also as my own sister now! ❤️ Thank you, Caster, for your patience, dedication, and all the effort you put into helping us create a home we truly love. We had the pleasure of working with Jaden from Project L Studio as our interior designer. He was incredibly responsive and customer focused. His sense of responsibility made everything went smoothly. He is responsible for all renovation details. He went onsite to monitor the progress and keep updating us on it. He will also highlight any defects and ensure it gets done soon. He responded to all our queries regardless of time. At times he advised and recommended good suggestions to match with our color theme. Jaden ensure that everything was taken care of. Designed by Alice We consider and walk around of 10+ ID company and finally choose Projectl Alice as our ID and now we believe we make our right choice! As we bought a resale HDB, there is much more work and things to be considered but Alice always able to give us a most reasonable choice and suggestions which make our home become a ‘brand new’ one. Also she is very responsible for every renovation details, during renovation progress, she always go onsite and monitor the progress, even the worker say: she is the most responsible ID I have seen. Sometimes she even go onsite more than 1 time a day, which makes us feel at ease. Sometimes even I feels like we have a lot of ‘silly’ questions, but Alice always able to response us with a very fast speed, also regardless of weekdays or weekends… In the end, the renovation process finished even before timeline and also in a quite good quality, my husband and I are very greatful and thankful for Alice and her team, who gives us a high quality and warm renovated home, I will also highly recommend Projectl to my friend or who wants to renovate their home in the future!

We are very happy with the work Jaden did for us in an earlier project where we were able to entrust the renovation of our new apartment to him while we were overseas. He gave us practical and useful ideas. We had peace of mind while he completed the project for us. We have engaged Alice Law from Project L Studio as our ID to renovate our living room and bedroom. We are very happy with Alice’s services as she is very professional, patient, responsive, thoughtful and customer oriented. She gives good advice and propose alternative solutions. She is very responsive to our enquires regardless of the time. Alice will always be on site to check that the renovation goes well and completed on time. The quality of the carpentry is good and they will not hesitate to rectify any defects that we have highlighted because she believes that customer service is important. Alice is awesome and this is our third time engaging her for our renovation. We are extremely happy with our renovation as it created extra storage space that is functional and our house look cosy. I recently had an amazing experience working with the designer Lucas on my home renovation project. He demonstrated exceptional skills, professionalism, and dedication throughout the entire process. Right from the start, he paid great attention to detail and understood my vision perfectly. He patiently listened to my ideas, needs, and preferences and seamlessly incorporated them into the renovation plan.

I had search around various ID companies and found this Project L, which is quite newly opened, plus also recommended by other friend. So I decided to tried this out. Had this guy- Logan, who's very experienced based & comes out with lot of creativity ideas. Without much thinking of how it's going to build up and the budgeting. I had putting without worries to let him decide for me. Very satisfied of his services along the process till job done.

Alice was being very patient in listening to my needs and wants. Most importantly, she managed to fulfil all of them without a single mistake. Even with last minute changes, she was very happy to make amendments to make sure the final work was what I really liked. Didn’t hear a complain from her but instead she was assuring me that it was fine that changes were made till I was comfortable and satisfied with the final work. Thumbs up.
