As a family with two young kids, we have no regrets engaging Nat as our ID. He is very responsible and consistently kept us updated throughout the renovation process. We could truly feel that he loves his work and puts in great effort to ensure everything goes smoothly. Another huge plus — we managed to move in ahead of the timeline! We also appreciate how he communicates clearly and provides reasonable recommendations whenever we came up with new ideas for the reno. Thank you, Nat, and we wish you all the best!

Was searching for a long time for ID who can fit our budget while able to fit our design ideas. Most ID we found quote us way over for the renovation that we want to do. Nat not only fit our budget while we dont have to scarfice our design style. Also our ID also tell us what to save on and what to spend on to keep the renovation on the practical side. Whole renovation was also stress free and fast, we didnt have to wait 3 to 4 months for completion. Super pleased with how the renovation turned out. Surely recomnend for everyone to engaged without any fear.

Engaged Nathaniel Gan by my wife who search high and low for a trustable ID and we are super pleased and glad we went with Nathaniel. Not only is he super responsible and attentive, he goes the extra miles making sure all the work process and delivery are on time even when he is oversea. As our budget was not high, it did not affect at all his services and attitude towards us which makes us very grateful since reaffirmed our decision. As i am a collector so i have very specific requirements and concern for my prized collection and Nathaniel tooks the effort to listen and make sure he gets it right. The point that makes my wife & I super pleased with Nathaniel is that he is no afraid to tell us no and disagree with us when it comes to certain design or applications we are want to install, he will followed up with the pros and cons and eventually we will make the final say but atleast he point it out first and not blindly just being a YES man. In the future if i am have anymore renovations or anyone i know that is doing going to do renovation i will surely highly recommend Nathaniel to them as i know for a fact he will surely do a very good job. We engaged Redefine Interior Design for our 4-room HDB renovation and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We’re really happy with the renovation done by our ID, Leonard. This isn’t the first time we’ve worked with him, and he’s delivered a great experience once again. He really took the time to understand what we wanted and managed to bring our ideas to life. On top of that, he suggested improvements that made the final result even better than we expected. Of course, there were a few hiccups along the way (which is pretty normal for renovations), but Leonard handled everything well and made sure things were sorted out smoothly. Overall, the whole process felt quite seamless, and we’re very pleased with how everything turned out. Definitely recommend Leonard if you’re looking for someone reliable and easy to work with!
