We had a wonderful experience working with Hosen for the renovation of our 3-room flat in Ang Mo Kio. From the start, he was professional, responsive, and very attentive to our needs and preferences. He took time to understand what we wanted and proposed practical yet stylish design ideas that suited our lifestyle and budget. What impressed us most was his attention to minor details. Hosen personally helped to arrange visits for us to select tiles, lighting, and toilet fixtures, which made the whole selection process much easier and more organized. He guided us patiently and gave helpful advice without being pushy. Throughout the renovation, he kept us updated and coordinated the works smoothly. Even after completion, he was quick to attend to any minor issues and made sure everything was properly resolved. I am very fortunate to be recommended to Hosen by my elder brother and friends whom he has also done renovations for. Hosen Gan was introduced by a friend who highly recommended him. She told me that he is a very experienced and responsible ID. My 1st meeting with Hosen was a very comfortable experience. I had no particular theme in mind and I just shared with him what I want for my 2-room flexi. Space is a constraint with so many customize cabinets. Hosen listened attentively and understood what I want immediately. He never mocks at my ideas, and he said that he will try his best to accommodate. The progress of the renovation was very smooth and stress free. Hosen took care of all things and he will update me the progress. He will also go extra miles to help his clients. He recommends the right lightings for the house, giving me tips how to clean the house etc. I will call / whatsapp him out of his office hours and he will patiently answer my enquiries. Before our new house renovation, we have been hearing rumors of ID whom delivered bad quality, service or workmanship. so we are very careful in our ID selection. One day, my wife's friend recommended her, Hosen from swiss interior with prestige service and workmanship highly spoken of from her friend. so we decided to take our chances and engaged Hosen. After listed out all the reno items, he will draft out timeline and never miss for our reno. Fast forward to the execution phase, he has been keeping us updated on every item completion status, and also provide suggestions to us whenever we encountered any indecisive design approach. After the reno was handover to us, we started to buy electrical appliances and turned out we bought a bigger size of the fridge which won't fit into our current kitchen design. So we seek Hosen for help, he go beyond the extra mile to help us remedied the issue, and eventually, we were able to fit the fridge perfectly into our kitchen. Ronnie from Swiss Interior was helpful throughout our renovation project. We went to his office at Sims multiple time to revise the designs and physically try the samples of quartz, hinges and other materials that were used during the renovation. As there were many parts to the ID project and we were first-time home buyers, he took the time to explain some of the things we needed to know, like the difference between good and bad hinges, aircon brands, quartz material, which materials/brands are value for money etc. He also assured us to tried to expedite some of the issues during the reno, and didn't charge us extra for some of the "upgrades" in the process. After the whole project, the after-service is good too - he continued helping us like recommending post reno cleaning - saved us time and good prices as well. My husband and I engaged Swiss Interior for the renovation of our 5-room BTO flat, as they provided the best designs with reasonable pricing among the IDs we contacted. This was our best decision as the result turned out superb! Desmond managed our project, and throughout the renovation he was very helpful and was willing to advise even for areas outside of the renovation (eg. maintenance, cleaning, purchase of curtains -any questions we had, we would ask him and he would answer). Where possible, he would also help us to get better quality materials for things like our counter tops and aircon, and did not charge us extra for these "upgrades". Though COVID-19 made the renovation process longer due to safety restrictions and reduced number of workers, Desmond still tried his best and we were able to move in in time. Mr. Desmond from Swiss Interior was our ID. When we met him the first time and shared our requirements, he understood them very well and took time to give us lot of suggestions / options and good ideas to finalise every item. He gave us a very comprehensive quotation with break up of each item along with measurements and within the budget we had mentioned to him. When the works were in progress, he gave us regular updates and was always available to discuss some minor changes/ additions. He was helpful to give us contacts of shops / companies to purchase various items and also came with us and offered good suggestions when we had to decide some key items. When we wanted to do some modifications to some furniture after they were almost installed, he did not make an issue and did his best to do whatever changes that were reasonably possible. The work was completed within the time he had initially told us inspite of lot of uncertainties / disruptions during the Covid period. During this journey we felt Desmond was more like one our family member and more than us, he was interested to handover the house in time and in perfect condition. He attended to all the minor works promptly without having to do any follow ups / send reminders. We found Swiss Interior to be a professional company and ID Mr Desmond a sincere and trust worthy person.

We had very good experience with Melvin when he handled the renovation for our previous house. He definitely didn't disappoint when we approached him again for our new house renovation. Melvin was also very responsive and offered professional & practical suggestions, keeping within our budget. Most importantly, he monitored the schedule closely & ensured to keep within our tight timeline despite the covid situation.
