ID - Joseph Heng, Thankful and grateful for the services provided by him. Compassionate and understanding, able to cater to renovation needs and budget too. Was told that my home was his 1st resale project and is challenging. Few hiccups along the way but he dealt with it professionally. Defects after renovations were dealt after few days reporting the issues. Although some of the contractors engaged could be better. Kudos and thank again.

Visited the showroom and was really impressed by their design and materials. No second thought and decided to take this is Interior. Thanks to Kelvin lim, the designer who design my house. Willing to help both my wife and myself. Dedicated person who is full of ideas that turns out to be beautiful and that is when Kelvin lim step in and gave us awesome ideas. My wife and myself really appreciate Kelvin's suggestions and ideas. Workmanship is excellent with minimal defect. But if there is defect, kelvin Lim will rectify promptly. And also kelvin Lim is responsive and frequently update us the work progression with pictures and description. No need to keep going to my unit to check for the progress. Lastly the most important part, the planning is great that the renovation is within the budget. highly recommend kelvin Lim.

Our renovation experience with James Tan was great! He was sincere and approachable person. Giving us a good friend that is an aspect to us as there was no barrier to communication. During the second meet up, we knew that we could entrust our home to him! Given his knowledge in the industry. James manage to come out with 3 D design after 1 week which we are very happy with his creation! Using , red, white aNd grey with is modern yet not dark. He is very responsive regardless day or late night. Thanks James so much for his hard work! really appreciated!

I met Kelvin at his showroom by seeing a random FB post. But I never thought that I will sign his offer. The first meet itself gave me confidence in the designer, company, price & quality.. My renovation ourney started in Jan, covid time.,very worried how the future going to be. But Kelvin and his team delivered every part on time with the finest quality. This was the first house I renovated on whole end to end.. Guidence from Kelvin and James has helped me and my family to mk this a wonderful house. Designs, Tiles, ideas, accessories, electrics.. Every item has their role to mk it to perfect. I Me and my family very happy with the company and their work. We strongly recommend this team for their Quality, price and for Timely delivery.

I think choosing the right ID is very important. Went to a lot of ID firm and met lots of ID for discussion and was finally introduce to Khim from This Is Interior Pte Ltd. Me and my wife feel comfortable with the discussion with him and decided to choose him for our house renovation. Khim was amazing. He was very on the ball and providing suggestions to solve most of our problems and never fail to meet the timeline set. The most amazing part was when he is away in Japan 3 weeks for holiday, he was still on top of our renovation and never took more than 10min to reply any of my messages. Khim was also very detailed in his work and every small defects, he will ensure it is being rectified within few days. We were very satisfied and delighted with the final outcome of the renovation. Thank u to TII for the job well done on my home. It’s been a pleasure engaging u guys n making a dream home for me n my family. I have met more then a dozen of ID firm and contractors, TII have given me the best buck for my money. Many of the ID quoted me around 40k but for TII they quoted me 32k . I am happy with the product , the design is very contemporary and soothing to the eyes . I like the momento paint used in the house .
