“Complete makeover of 4 room resale HDB”
I was thankful to be able to engage Will Zhang from Three-D Conceptwerke to renovate my 30+ years old resale HDB. It’s difficult renovating during COVID period as there were manpower shortages but I am very glad that they managed to complete everything for me to move in within 15 weeks! The whole renovation was a breeze, as Will had a lot of experience and briefed me on what are the common issues to expect from hacking and rebuilding the apartment and what are my options available. Many times when I raised questions about the renovation, he told me it’s already taken care of and he has arranged the workers to solve the problems. Most importantly he was also able to incorporate the fengshui master’s requirements, my lifestyle and design into the house as I do not want to settle for a cookie-cutter HDB layout. I highly recommend Three-D Conceptwerke as they are very professional, have unique yet functional design concepts, and their sub-cons’ workmanship are superb.
Efficient and practical space planning - all of my requests were factored in and the space is aesthetic yet functional.
Everything was done according to plan. The workmanship of the tilers, carpenters, electrician, plumber were superb.
All queries were answered in a timely manner, ID gives regular updates without me asking on the progress.
Price is slightly higher but the quality of work makes up for it. Definitely won’t have any reno nightmares :)
