“The workmanship provided by TOPOS Design was great comparing to those i have seen from my friends' home”
it is our first time engaging interior designers for our home renovation project so it has been an interesting experience for us. We did online research on various online platforms and forums, and had also met up with more than 10 Interior Designers within a tight 2 month time frame. We found out that despite many IDs having great looking portfolios and 3D drawings, it is tough to find an ID which provides good workmanship. We asked for opinion from many of our friends by asking them personally and asking for advice on facebook, and they too agreed that some of their fixtures in their homes is not holding up well after a few months. The carpentry work provided by TOPOS Design was great, comparing to those i have seen from my friends' home, our was certainly in much better quality. However i felt that the electrical works could have been done better. We did have some issues with the electrical wiring, LED lights which ends up failing. We are still waiting for the Id company to fix these electrical works. To new homeowners who are looking for renovation, it is important to check more than the surface works' quality, but also dont miss out on hidden elements such as plumbing and electrical works, as these issues could sometimes be more harder to fix than surface works. Always make sure your ID deliver on all these aspects
