It was an awesome experience with Gin. Got her contacts through recommendations and she wow-ed us with her simple yet intricate details to each of her designs. She was careful to hear what we wanted and to consolidate the whole family’s ideas into a coherent design that was very functional. She was on the ball, always on site to check that everything was in place, and was very responsive. The late nights she stayed on just to firm up our changes. It was delivered on time, 10 weeks for a full renovation of an executive apartment. Even as we face little issues while we moved in, she was quick to correct the issues. Thank you, Gin! I had the opportunity and pleasure to work with Rachel on my recent renovation project for my HDB EM. Rachel was able to provide sound guidance to me and my family when making critical design decisions. She was objective and always shared on the pros and cons, patiently and professionally. She was able to turn-around promptly which reduced overall project duration and allow us to have more time to dwell into other finer aspects of the project. She was able to work with the contractors and workers assertively and always having customer's interest in mind. Rachel was also able to address conflicts calmly and tactfully and laid out the options to move forward expeditiously towards a common resolution. My family and I are very satisfied with the overall product delivery and level of service rendered. I enjoyed working with Rachel and her team, and would definitely engage her again for future opportunities.

This is the second time we are using Rachel and United Team (UT) for our renovations. The first time we did a minor project to redo our Kitchen in a landed property for about $20K ! We had 3 quotations, all from IDs located at Thomson Plaza and UT were middle of the pack for pricing (which happens to be our only concern at that point in time) Second time around, we did not bother to get anyone else to quote, this time to renovate our 1900 sq. ft. HDB Jumbo Flat from scratch (masonry, woodworks, piping, electrical, the works) for a whopping $120K Rachel was very thorough in the design phases. The whole process took about 3 to 4 months as we did not have any urgency! Every detail was put down in writing and checked and rechecked. I was quite technical at times but Rachel always accepted the technical questions with a smile and got answers for them every time. Along the process, Communication was a key asset and Rachel stepped up to the challenge and her response time to the WhatsApp messages and Phone calls were immediate and excellent. Rachel was like a commander in Chief orchestrating from design work, tiles selection, contractor management and even accesosories purchase, she has all the connections. For the price we were forking out; we got nothing but the best, e.g. Bloom hinges for all carpentry fittings! Everyone listens to Rachel, that's a key asset. Along the way there were minor adjustments that were needed; either we overlooked some sizing details or there were some miscommunication, irregardless, everything was fixed. Service Quality with a Smile and Speed gave us Peace of Mind and a Perfect Home! Thank You Rachel and United Team , we were certainly blessed.

It was my first time renovating a home and I wasn’t sure what to look out for and was very skeptical and wary of IDs. But when I met Rachel, she was very forthcoming and genuine. She would give her recommendations based on what she thinks is best for our house in terms of design and practicality and she doesn’t sugar coat or try to sell unlike then other IDs I’ve met. Throughout the process Rachel was responsive and accommodative. She tries her best to accede to my requests even when there were last minute changes. We hired Rachel as our ID for the renovation of our property. The renovation includes decking, living room, dining room, kitchen and toilets. There was quite a bit of carpentry work. We lived in the house (upstairs) while the renovation was taking place. Rachel was very understanding and considerate of us throughout the process. She would ensure that works go on smoothly and with little interruption to our normal life. Granted it was dusty but rachel ensured that our inconvenience was kept to minimum. There were so many aspects of this renovation which i really liked. The responsiveness from Rachel, the excellent workmanship (i've received many compliments) and timeliness (project completed on time). They may not be the cheapest but if you are looking for fuss free, stress free renovation, you need not look further - United lifestyle is your answer.

Rachel Lau was my ID and I only have to deal with her, which simplifies the entire stressful renovation process. She's very responsible and will follow through the entire project even after renovation was completed. She has a good eye for design, open for ideas and is a joy to work with conceptualizing the design for my house...turning it into my ideal dream home. I have gotten many good compliments on my renovation, with many saying that it looks like a boutique hotel. To me, most important aspects in a good designer is one who can design, implement and deliver the results. Rachel has all these attributes, plus very nice personality!

Had a good experience working with United Team for my new home reno. Advice given was insightful and professional. Was not pushy on the design. They demostrated deep experience in renovation, yet repectful to consider and encompass customer's preference/style. Reno work was completed promptly and in good quality. Minor changes was followed-up tightly even after project was completed. Highly recommeded.

We engaged them for our resale penthouse. Basically tearing down and rebuilding 2 of the bedrooms together with the kitchen area. Revamping 3 other bedrooms and the 2 halls. They met our expectations by providing us with practical suggestions and ideas on materials and design. ID was professional and patient with our requests. After sales service was also good and very accommodating. Great choice for anyone considering for an ID.

We engaged them for our resale condo design. They fulfilled our needs and meet our expectations by giving solid suggestions and ideas on materials, colour tones, practicality. Rachel is very experienced, knowledgeable, innovative, full of ideas, trustworthy and most importantly... customer oriented. Besides all the wows for both my Reno, what impressed me the most was my 2nd Reno, the study cabinet design was agreed on and built but my wife felt that the wall cabinet was a bit bulky. Called Rachel in, she took a look and felt that aesthetically it’s slightly too big and thus instructed her carpenter to tear it down and rebuilt with no extra cost and delay in Reno. That said, we will definitely look for Rachel for our 3rd. Lastly, would like to mention Andy, he is awesome. Great 3D design and always get it out on time! Keep it up, Rachel and Andy!
