Can’t deny home renovation is sooo stressful Decision fatigue, budget control and disruption of daily life, the list goes on… Many rounds of discussions were spent together, us trying to relay our wishlist vs Visionary trying to fulfill while balancing the aesthetics and functionality. But thanks to Visionary, our 4-room flat has transformed! My favorite improvement is definitely this: pull-out tray for our front-load washing machine. I can place clean clothes into the laundry basket and hang them up WITHOUT bending up and down. Not mentioning we can keep our robot vacuum cleaner underneath! My favorite corner of the house: a beautiful and comfortable settee for us to sit and put on our shoes before going out. Thank you Visionary!

We would like to thank Mike and Vin from Visionary Interior for their help with our home renovation. Overall, it was a very positive experience working with them. What I appreciated most was that they took the time to understand what we wanted and were always open to our ideas and requirements. At the same time, they shared their own suggestions and recommendations when they felt there was a better or more practical way to approach something. This made it easier for us to make decisions throughout the renovation. They were also responsive whenever we had questions or wanted to discuss changes. Did our renovation this year. Mike and his team was amazing and creative. They gave us ideas to meet our goal of having a more spacious space and while ensuring everything was functional. They did all of that while meeting our budget and within the negotiated time. When there was any problems, Mike and his team was there to quickly respond to our request and mitigated the problem promptly. Would use them again.

Just want to share my experience with Visionary Interior, although I didn’t end up engaging them, I feel it’s worth highlighting one of their interior designers, Jerry. Jerry was one of the designers I shortlisted. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to work with him as my wife had already chosen her preferred ID. However, during my appointment with Jerry, I was truly impressed by his consistency in following up, his thoughtful ideas, and even offering complimentary renders to help us visualise the space better. I still remember sitting down with him and his boss, Mike, and telling Mike that he’s got a great team member on board. I truly hope Jerry is doing well and continues helping homeowners bring their dream spaces to life. Wishing him all the best!

We engaged Gerard as our interior designer and would like to commend him for his professionalism, honesty, and practicality throughout our renovation journey. While there was a delay in the project timeline, we found this to be in line with the experiences of others undergoing similar renovations. More importantly, the positives far outweighed this minor setback. A notable example of Gerard’s promptness and responsibility occurred when an oversight in measurement caused the common toilet door to be blocked by the vanity set. Gerard immediately took the initiative to rectify the issue and had it resolved within the same day. From the start, we had specific design ideas in mind, and Gerard consistently offered thoughtful, practical suggestions for our consideration. We truly appreciated that he wasn’t just trying to upsell, but instead proposed options that were functional, aesthetically pleasing, and financially sensible. His ability to balance cost and design clearly reflected his client-focused approach, which stood out from other IDs we had met and won us over from the very beginning. Throughout the project, Gerard remained flexible, accommodating our requests and offering alternative solutions that enhanced the outcome. His easygoing nature made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Though there were occasional defects and some delays in response — which are to be expected in most renovations — Gerard was always proactive in following up and resolving any issues. His reliability and commitment were consistently evident. What truly went above and beyond was his help with setting up our Wi-Fi. When we first moved in, the connection was weak and out of range. Gerard spent a few hours helping us configure and connect two routers to ensure strong, stable coverage throughout the home. This was clearly beyond his scope of work, yet he stayed until everything was working perfectly. Overall, Gerard has proven to be a trustworthy, responsive, and practical interior designer who genuinely prioritizes his clients’ needs. We are thankful for his support and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and ID.

After 3 months of searching, my husband and I chose Jerry and Yang as our IDs and we’re glad we did. They stood out with bold, creative ideas during the layout planning that no one else suggested. Jerry is humble, listens well, and incorporates our ideas while giving valuable artistic input to ensure everything looks cohesive. When we moved into the 3D phase, we realized real-life measurements differ from visuals. That’s where Ah Yang shines, he advises on practical dimensions for carpentry, lighting, and furniture without compromising design. Throughout the renovation, they kept us updated with photos and timelines. Even during the handover, they managed all touch-ups professionally and promptly. Despite minor hiccups, our renovation was smooth, exciting, and satisfying. We highly recommend Jerry and Ah Yang to anyone looking for a reliable and creative ID team.
