I just wanted to say a big thank you to my ID, Jack, for helping me design and renovate my home. I’m really happy with how it turned out. Now that I’ve moved in, I still catch myself looking around the living room sometimes and thinking, “Wah, this is actually my home.” When I first met Jack, I had a rough idea of what I liked, but I wasn’t sure how to put everything together. I’d tell him I liked something and then change my mind after thinking about it for a few days. He was patient with me through all of that. I liked that I could just tell him honestly when I wasn’t sure about something. He’d talk it through with me and explain what each option would mean once I was actually living there. That made it easier for me to decide. I also appreciated having Jack around during the renovation itself. There are so many little things to decide, and half the time I was thinking about them in between work and everything else. Sometimes I’d forget what we’d discussed and ask him the same question again. He was always happy to go through it with me. I know there was also a lot of work going on behind the scenes, so thank you, Jack, for following up and helping to coordinate everything. It really took some of the stress off me. Now that I’m living here, it’s funny which things I notice. During the renovation, I spent a lot of time thinking about how everything would look. These days I’m just glad I can come home, put my things down and sit in the living room for a bit. It’s probably my favourite part of the day. Some of the details Jack and I talked about felt so minor at the time, but now I use them every day and I’m glad we spent that extra bit of time on them. It feels good to have a place that suits the way I live. I don’t think I said it enough during the renovation because there was always another decision to make, but I really do appreciate how much effort Jack put into my home. From the first conversation to the finished renovation, I felt comfortable telling him what I liked, what I was unsure about and what I wanted to rethink. I’m glad I had someone I could be honest with, especially when I was going back and forth on things. Jack, thank you again for all your hard work and for being so patient with me. I know I asked a lot of questions along the way, and I appreciate that you always took the time to answer them. I’m very happy with my home, and I’m glad you were my ID. If a friend asked me who did my renovation, I’d happily give them your name.

What stood out to us about Wan Chyi from Sky Creation was how she helped us make decisions without feeling pressured. Renovating a home comes with so many choices, and we weren’t always sure what was worth spending on. She explained the options clearly, including the pros and cons, and helped us focus on what would actually suit our daily routine. We liked that we could ask questions openly and take our time to decide. It made the whole experience feel much more manageable. Happy to recommend her!

Really happy with our experience at Sky Creation, especially with WanChyi! She was very patient, friendly and easy to talk to. She took the time to understand what we wanted and gave us practical suggestions that we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves. Throughout the renovation, she was always helpful and kept us updated on the progress. Whenever we had questions, she was happy to explain things clearly. Really appreciate all her effort and patience. So glad we chose her and would definitely recommend her!

A Very Disappointing Renovation Experience: Poor Coordination, Lack of Accountability and mostly sloppy works. If you are considering engaging this company, my advice is to be prepared to oversee EVERYTHING yourself, from start to finish. Do not assume that your ID will take ownership of the renovation or follow through from the beginning or be the expert you wish he was. You have to chase after every single day, to the extend It was like our second job. Our experience has been extremely disappointing. The ID was working from home/office most of the time, and honestly, my husband was physically present at the renovation site more often than the ID himself. We often felt that we had to take matters into our own hands just to ensure things were moving along. It has now been FOUR months since the renovation was completed and we moved in, yet we have been dealing with outstanding issues, renovation defects and rectification matters. Say got 7-8 years warranty but please listen to what all has 7-8 yrs warranty also.. many essentials will not be under it. What is particularly concerning is the lack of communication and coordination. On one occasion, carpenters turned up at our home to carry out rectification works without the ID even knowing they were there. Our meeting with the ID had only been scheduled for the following day. My husband was home and assumed the visit had been arranged by the ID, only for us to discover later that the ID was completely unaware of their presence. This raises serious questions about how the company manages its contractors, communicates with homeowners and takes responsibility for work carried out at customers' homes. A renovation is already stressful enough. The last thing homeowners need is to constantly chase their ID(when reno is ongoing), coordinate with the workers themselves, finding reno things not up to standard and worry about whether outstanding issues will ever be resolved. So many times being told that it is very normal, this is normal, every house is like that, mine also like that. when it is clearly not what we want and not normal. Based on our experience, the entire experience, the after-sales service and accountability have been extremely poor. An ID should be someone homeowners can rely on, not someone they have to constantly follow up with and chase after to do his job! My advice to future customers: Do not assume that everything will be taken care of. Be prepared to supervise, chase, follow up and manage almost every aspect yourself. Unfortunately, our experience has left us with very little confidence in the ID and the company's ability to deliver reliable service.

I would like to thank designer Ice for the three months of hard work and dedication. The overall design turned out exactly as we expected! Although there were a few minor imperfections, Ice was very responsive after we communicated our concerns and immediately arranged for the necessary corrections. The attitude and service were excellent, and Ice even proactively offered us a discount. I would highly recommend Ice to everyone! I’ll also share a few photos of the finished work for your reference. Personally, I absolutely love the final result!

My husband and I had a really pleasant experience working with Damian from Insidelookz for our home renovation. To be honest, we were initially quite sceptical and cautious when meeting interior designers. Having had a bad experience with our previous renovation company, we were naturally worried about going through the same thing again. So, we approached this renovation journey with our guards up. Thankfully, Damian proved us wrong. From the start, he was approachable, friendly and easy to work with. He took the time to understand our needs and did his best to accommodate our requests. What we appreciated most was his honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. Damian kept us updated whenever work was completed, sending us photos and videos so we could see the progress without having to constantly visit the house to check on things. This gave us great peace of mind and made the whole renovation process much less stressful. His team was equally great to work with. From the tilers and electricians to the carpenters, everyone was efficient, approachable and easy to deal with. It was reassuring to see how smoothly things were handled and how well the team worked together. All in all, we are truly glad we chose Damian and Insidelookz. After our previous renovation experience, it was refreshing to finally work with someone we could trust and feel comfortable with. We would definitely engage Insidelookz again for any future renovation needs and would highly recommend Damian to anyone looking for a reliable, transparent and dedicated interior designer.
