Engaged Eunice from Sky Creation Pte Ltd for our 4-room BTO (Scandinavian look, open kitchen). The window-bay settee flowing into the TV console turned out exactly like the 3D renders and is the highlight of our living room. Communication was prompt and transparent throughout. The quotation and variation orders were clear, and Eunice flagged any price change on the spot, so there were no surprises. Handover came ahead of schedule, and the few minor cosmetic defects were fixed promptly. Highly recommended.

We recently did a complete overhaul of our place, hacking down all the previous renovations to start completely fresh. Engaging Junhao as our ID was the best decision we made for this massive project. From our initial meetings, Junhao was incredibly attentive. He took note of all our requirements and thoughtfully incorporated them into his design, while also offering great suggestions from a professional standpoint. His aesthetic sense is excellent, and the final result is exactly what we wanted—the actual outcome has almost zero discrepancy from the 3D renders! Budget-wise, the overall pricing was very reasonable and highly transparent. Every single item on the quotation was listed out clearly, and he took the time to explain everything to us. Even for the Variation Orders later on, the exact details of the additions and omissions were crystal clear. Whenever we needed to add something new, Junhao would always discuss it with us first, ensuring we understood all the details before proceeding. During the renovation period, he frequently went down to the site to supervise the work, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. His responsibility doesn't stop after the handover, either. When we noticed that one of our cabinet doors was installed in the wrong direction, Junhao was super prompt and quickly arranged for the carpenter to come over and replace it. Highly recommend Junhao to anyone looking for a reliable, transparent, and talented ID!

We would like to thank Mike and Vin from Visionary Interior for their help with our home renovation. Overall, it was a very positive experience working with them. What I appreciated most was that they took the time to understand what we wanted and were always open to our ideas and requirements. At the same time, they shared their own suggestions and recommendations when they felt there was a better or more practical way to approach something. This made it easier for us to make decisions throughout the renovation. They were also responsive whenever we had questions or wanted to discuss changes. We felt that they genuinely wanted to achieve a good outcome for our home rather than simply completing the renovation. There will always be many decisions and details to manage during a renovation, but having a team that is willing to listen, communicate and work together makes a big difference.
