Most living rooms follow a familiar script — TV wall, sofa, maybe a feature wall. There’s nothing wrong with that, but some homes go one step further by throwing in something you don’t quite expect. It’s not always dramatic; sometimes it’s just a different flooring material in one corner, or a wall treatment that makes you look twice.
