I am about to close a deal to purchase a resale condo with relatively high ceiling (3.355m) and looking to maximise space by having bunk beds (play/work space above (Queen area over king sized bed with storage stairs and maybe a slide).

However, I can't seem to find any ID or contractors with a portfolio that does customised bunk beds (children/adult) because I prefer it to maximise the dimensions of the room.

Wondering if anyone has any good recommendations?

You can consider looking for IDs that are design and build, they would have more expertise in building high functional carpentry with good safety requirements.

I did a quick search above on "kids rooms" and there seem to be some photos with bunk beds too

For something that is structural demanding like bunk beds, better to make sure your ID is working with a reputable carpenter. Bunk beds are not like cabinets and wardrobe just keep stuff and open/close function. You wouldn't want your kids safety to be compromised.
