Both my husband and I wish to send our heartful compliments to Derrick Ang for his dedicated and awesome professional ID service. In October 2018, we renovated two bathrooms in our Condo unit. The contract drawn up was comprehensively explained, detailed and cost of each item was itemised. Such efforts helped us to make sense of what we are paying for. The charges quoted was reasonable, most importantly, it is value for money as the quality of the finished products installed were of superior grade, e.g from shower screen to stainless steel floor water drainer. Derrick offered us a meticulous milestone chart of the reno work schedule and ensure that contractors was time lined. Further, Derrick was also empathetic towards our request to minimise any inconvenience experienced by us since we are also living in the unit whilst the reno works was in progress. We are most impressed by Derrick’s patience and timely response when we offered our feedback to him on areas of concern brought up. Issues were resolved swiftly. Derrick would check in on the contractors every now and then to ensure contractors’ uncompromised workmanship, compliance to the tasks and smooth completion within the timeframe. Derrick offered his professional and personalised advice to improve on our perspective e.g how to optimise utility area in space planning. The handing over was also done professionally with proper documentation and accountability. We took pictures of our transformed bathrooms and our collegues, relatives and friends were unanimously impressed by the renovated bathrooms, which is comparable to high end hotel styled bathrooms. We engaged 3d Innovations after walking around showrooms at Century Square to check the prices, and also after reading reviews of them online. I liked 3d Innovation's package the most, as all the prices are inclusive as promised and I didn't like the idea of add-on costs. They also did the design for us beforehand, and we chose them for their simple and reasonable cost package. However, during the renovation process, installations depend on the schedule of contractors, and they weren't able to accommodate our requests for installation dates we prefer. Nevertheless, there was no reason to complain about the service, and at the end of the day, we got what we wanted without any major hiccups.

Usually won't give any compliments or complaints unless necessary, but this time round wanted to strongly recommend Bryan Lim from 3D INNOVATIONS. Got my keys Dec 2014 after meeting 8 IDs finally chosen him. This is my first home and of course have higher expectations but Bryan really impress me.

Great job! I have just renovated my kitchen and hall cabinet. The whole renovation took about a month. The contractors are all profession and if there is any default they will do the necessary collection. they All was very well done and friends have commended very good and spacious, our house look bigger. The floor and wall titles was well done. Thank you to our ID Arthur, he is responsive and knowledgeable of the whole process. Well Organize, professional and customer orientated. Many thanks.

I was recommended to 3d Innovations by a friend of mine. Although the quotation from 3D Innovations was higher than other companies, I decided to engage them as I was unsure of the quality I would get from others. In the end, I was satisfied with the service and workmanship. Denny was prompt and responsible, and was able to handle most of the problems in order to handover the unit smoothly without major defects. The workmanship was generally good, and I did not spot much defects with the materials. I felt that the price could be cheaper as the design was not outstanding, but other other than that, I'm satisfied with my house.

After two months of renovation, my house is finally completed. As promised by Jimmy, he has met the given timeline. The overall experience is generally good although there are some hiccup along the way. The Masonry and electrical work was done by Jimmy's brothers who is also 3D in-house contractors is ok but the carpentry work is average only. There are some minor touch up after my final payment and Jimmy is still following up for me. Overall, I think he is a person whom can be trusted.

Update: I just learned from my brother they came and repair it. although taking some time but they dis reapaint and repair it. so scored point for good customer serbice. I don't know how to delete my review ..therefore have to rewrite again.. my brother is using them for renovation. now the cements start peeling off and door start cracking. calling them to fix it. but no action taken and also do not wish to follow up. put the review on their fb. they just taken out. hate bad service and lousy customer service. use them at your own RISK.

It took us 2 months by researching online on various renovation websites and forums to read reviews of various designers. We also considered hiring independent contractors, but we ended up deciding to go with the proposal from 3D Innovations. There is no problem till now, so the outcome of our project is still satisfactory to us.

I had engaged Denn Lim from this company in end of April for my 5 rooms flat renovation n now my house was nicely Reno. Base on my experience with him, he's a very responsible n responsive guy, through out the Reno he had been looking after the Reno closely n gave lots of patience when there's any changes or questions I had asked for. ... I can said, this guy is good n great! Will recommend him!

Signed with gene 2 mths back. At first impression, he really don't look like an id, wear shabby, shorts n slippers, was thinking is this guy going to do up my house! Then I understand he goes to site from morning till evening. Paper only done at nite. Price is right then i decided to engage him. Was very impress at his working attitude. From day 1, he's at the site n keep updating me the progress. Hacking first n he's there, ceiling works, plumbing, carpentry n keep updating me n blast me with the pictures of the work. He will even bother to confirm with me the works to be done every nite just by a simple mgs even though I already have the project management schedule with me. This I feel that he's sincere n serious. I never expected so on the ball. Maybe becoz he's busy that's y miss the reply or email but I'm confident seldom ids will be like him to go site n ensure things done up properly n update u like what he did. That's why I'm really impress by his attitude. Reply by email he will be late but call him he sure pick up. Haha. Designs wise he is ok only, not the best of ideas that u can get from him but to feel assured of ur Reno, he's right there. If ur looking for ideas on designs then u have to find someone else. So it all depends on what u want. Anyway we all just want the best for our house. All the best!
