9 Creation

We had a great experience working with 9 Creation, specifically with our interior designer, Krystal. Throughout the renovation process, our requirements evolved, and we ended up with a growing list of add-ons and variations. Despite this, Krystal remained incredibly patient, professional, and highly responsive to all our requests. She managed to help us achieve exactly what we wanted for our home. Additionally, the contractors engaged by the company did a decent job—the execution was smooth, and they proved to be very responsible and accountable. Highly recommend Krystal and the team for a stress-free renovation journey!

It’s not my family first renovation experience so we know how stressful it can be. However, we totally enjoyed the reno experience with Brandon as our ID. He was meticulous and assuring in overseeing the entire reno journey for us. He understood our needs and preferences, and with his artistic touch of creativity, he delivered beyond our expectations. The work quality by 9Creation was great as well. My family is really blessed to have found Brandon and 9Creation.

Brandon was highly recommended by 2 family friends who had separately engaged his service for their new homes. Before meeting him, we had been amazed by the designs we saw over their social media accounts. When we met Brandon, we found him to be sincere and very enthusiastic. He treated each meeting to be more than a job. He listened openly and gave suggestions, and also provided alternatives when we counter-proposed certain ideas. Brandon is quick thinking and almost immediately, we could understand him as he articulated his thoughts clearly and patiently. He did his best to work around some constraints we had and constantly met our needs beyond our expectations. During the reno phase, he consistently updated us and even he was away for hols, he still kept tab on the progress of the project. We had such a peace of mind leaving things to his hands. I have since recommended 2 friends who decided to engage him for their new homes and reno along with HIP project. They have also shared that it was a very positive recommendation. Brandon s reliable and to have a peaceful sleep, do entrust your house fully to him. He will deliver results that melt your hearts ? ~ amy wong

I had an excellent experience engaging 9Creation for my HDB renovation, with Jasper as my interior designer. From the outset, Jasper demonstrated strong professionalism and clear communication, taking the time to understand my requirements and translating them into a practical yet aesthetically pleasing design. Throughout the project, he remained responsive, attentive, and transparent, which made the entire process smooth and reassuring. Despite a tight timeline, the renovation was completed punctually without compromising on quality, and the budget was well managed with no unexpected surprises. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend Jasper and the team at 9Creation for their reliability, efficiency, and design expertise.

We had shortlisted quite a few IDs and in the end we decided to choose Brandon Toon from 9Creation. During discussion he understood what we hoped to have and gave constructive ideas which are practical. Although the overall cost exceeded our initial budget, we are happy and satisfied with his professionalism and advices. His design sense and styles are highly recommended too. He also helped us to choose the color and furnitures/fixtures which matched our theme beautifully.. He is always fast to respond to us, very polite and professional. The project was completed on time, and the final result exceeded our expectations. Many months has passed since we moved into the new house, we did encounter quite a few minor issues here and there, he remained active and responsive in his replies. He always made an effort to help to resolve those issues. We are grateful to have him with us in our renovation journey. He is highly professional and a trusted ID. Thank you Brandon!

I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Brandon. He completely transformed my space, making it feel brand new. One of the highlights was the custom-designed wardrobe, which is an impressive 3.3 meters high! It’s not just visually stunning but also incredibly functional—exactly what I needed. Throughout the project, Brandon was extremely responsive to all my requests and demonstrated an exceptional level of responsibility and professionalism. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every aspect of the work. I highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking for top-notch craftsmanship and a stress-free experience!

I am very happy to have met Brandon. He listen attentively to the needs of my family and is able to provide recommendations to suit our budget. Thank you Brandon for all your help. It will be easy to clean and maintain after house renovation.

A big thank you to Brandon, the design team from 9 Creation and their sub-contractors for their professionalism and hard work in our renovations. Brandon is an amazing ID and he is very professional, prompt and helpful throughout the whole renovation process. Starting from the first meeting with him (when my wife and I were choosing an ID from a few ID firms), Brandon listened to our ideas, he understood what we wanted and where we were coming from. It was a fruitful session where he showed us various material samples and design references, and he came out with the first draft of possible design explaining the latest designs and trends. This has helped us to firm our decision to engage 9 Creation and his services and it has turned out to be the best decision that we have made. During the renovation process, Brandon managed the project very well, with the planning and coordination amongst various parties such as the condo management office, condo security guards, condo-assigned contractors, suppliers, utility/telcos, contractors and sub-contractors. Brandon will send updates (via videos and photos) every other day, on the progress of renovation to give us assurance on the good progress without us having to constantly visit the renovation site. Brandon is meticulous and he pays attention to small details to ensure the quality of work as well as the goods that he received from suppliers. When faced with issues such as shortage of items or colour of items that we wanted, Brandon will come out with practical and innovative solutions to overcome them. Brandon is prompt, helpful and is willing to spend the effort and time in responding to our requests and queries even at odd hours or on weekends. The renovation was completed within schedule, given Brandon’s good time management and due diligence in following up on issues and difficulties encountered. With Brandon and his team, renovation work was a breeze for us and most importantly we were able to have a peace of mind. We will recommend Brandon to anyone who needs renovation work done. Thanks to Brandon and 9 Creation Team!
