9 Design Pte Ltd

This is our second home working with Tan from 9 Design to renovate my dream home, and we couldn't be happier with the result! From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, Tan was professional and reliable. His creativity, expertise, and attention to detail are exceptional. He listened to our requests and offered valuable suggestions. Though there are some work hiccups, he managed to resolve them soonest and rest assured our worries. The final design exceeded our expectations - it's functional and beautiful for my family's lifestyle. I've received countless compliments from friends and family! Not forgetting the after sales service, some rework need to be done, he took immediate action without delaying. Highly recommended!

We initially encountered issues with our first ID so we quickly contacted Tan through a relative’s recommendation. From the beginning, we felt comfortable with Tan & Simon throughout the planning process. The renovation timeline was clear & the quotation was reasonable. Tan was patient and attentive to our concerns, providing valuable advice & useful recommendations. During the renovation, they promptly replied to our enquiries & hiccups were resolved quickly. Even when Tan was overseas, he informed us beforehand to assure us that all arrangements has been made & Simon also actively addressed our concerns in Tan’s absence. When we visited the site, we expected the usual renovation mess but to our surprise, the place was clean with minimal dust, rubbish was properly disposed & tools were kept aside neatly. Given our need to move in quickly, the timeline was tight. Tan expedited the entire renovation process & delivered before our requested date. We are very pleased and impressed with the final work. Our overall experience with 9 Design has been excellent & we would highly recommend them to our family & friends.

I’m thoroughly impressed with my interior designer, Toshi. He has shown incredible patience and efficiency in getting things done, even within our tight schedule as we prepare to move in urgently. Despite the rush, everything has stayed on track. Toshi provided creative and thoughtful renovation ideas that truly enhanced our space. My wife and I are very comfortable working with him, and his responsiveness and timely handling of our issues have been outstanding. We highly recommend Toshi to all new homeowners. His commitment to our humble new place deserves a 5-star rating! ?????
