Weeks before getting keys to our BTO, we made an appointment & headed down to Absolook to enquire for quotes and renovation ideas. We are so glad that Kenneth was appointed to us as our ID. He is so professional & patient. He will listen to our request and explain throughly “the can and cannot”. So we decided to sign up with him! Planning to start of reno, everything eventually went smooth. Some minor hiccups wasn’t an issue. We gave him a 5 weeks dateline, he did it without disappoint us! Thank you so much for entertaining our everyday non stop enquires. Even though is slightly over our budget but still, IT’S WORTH IT! Thank you for ur effort, overall we are Super satisfied. Glad to know you, Kenneth! You’re not just an great ID, you are a wonderful friend too! Super Highly Recommended

Lionel How is a very professional ID. He did almost everything we need / want. Certain times he even goes all way out to assist us to plan and execute things on his own even without we asking. He is someone truly extraordinary. & its almost impossible to find someone so reliable as him. He is definately an asset to absolook. Not forgetting cathy. Who joined him later, she did very good job to assist him and also to answer all our queries on behalf of lionel the soonest time as possible. Totally satisfied with both of them and thier work. Thank ypu absolook:)

I would like to thank Amanda Lee from Absolook for the pleasant experience during the entire renovation process of my new home. When we first look around for an interior design company for our new bto, Absolook stand out among the rest and decision was made signed within 3 hours ( impressed with the sincerity and the professionalism extended to us ). From start to finish, We had no worries on the progress as we know that we are in good hands. Amanda gave us clear explanations of the renovation procedure and also gave good inputs on the design details we're looking at. She understood our concept and advice us how to rectify the space constraint, which helped to make our house look ‘bigger’. Her guidance and expertise helped us to realize the look we wanted. Her dedication and service is on point from the start. Our home was completed earlier as scheduled and we were very impressed with progress and the quality of workmanship is really top-notch ( specially arrange for us the well-known " ming xing carpenter " ). Amanda was never failed us whatever we requested to change some design last minutes. She shown amazing support and we can’t thank Amanda enough for making our dream house comes true. We will definitely recommend her to those who are looking for a reliable ID. Thank you once again Amanda Lee, the reliable Interior Designer from ABSOLOOK, Thumb up for you and tremendously recommend Amanda Lee for all your renovation needs.

My family would like to express our appreciation for our ID Ms Cheryl Yeo from Tradehub21 for knowledge, ideas and being a good listenener for our house reno. We took a full BTO package which include free Absolook acessories (top quality items) and free $500 aircon and curtain voucher. Also get free upgrade of melamine (no extra cost) with all the cabinet doors came with Blum soft closing. We are very satisfied with Cheryl and Absolook. Thank you!

Alvin has been very professional and very patient with us. As both my wife and I are working adults and we are unable to supervise the progress of the Renovation. Alvin is always and constantly ensuring us and reassuring us that his team will do a great job and our home will be nice and cosy. Feedback from our friends, family members and relatives have been excellent. Everyone find our home nice and cosy . Thanks Alvin. Thank you Absolook! We absolook-ly love our new home.

Our Interior Designer Jeff is very professional and listens to our requirements very carefully. He had been able to provide clear and concise details at every stage of the renovation process. The timelines which he stated were also abided by. Starting from the 3 D drawing and until the completion of the project, I did not face any issues from his side. The initial 3D drawing which was provided to us was also very clear. I had to make a change which was also completed very quickly. I was updated at every stage of the project and any queries were responded in time. After the completion of the project, there was an issue with one of the glass. Even though I did not detect that issue, he proactively identified the issue and coordinated with the carpenter to get that replaced. The post sales services provided were also good. There was a small issue which was solved very quickly. Usually i would expect designers not to take calls or respond to texts after the project is complete, but Jeff has been very different. He still was very much available.

I would like to express my most sincere thanks to our ID Lionel and Jophy for helping us with the planning, designing and renovating of our new 3-room BTO at Yishun Palm Breeze. Lionel was the second ID that we have seen. We were both very impressed by his work and signed up the package with Absolook. He managed to provide us with competitive pricing, realistic ideas and adhere to our request from time to time. Throughout the entire process, Lionel was able to accustom to our requirement. He was always calm, poised and focus despite the short timeline given to them. Lionel and Jophy were fast and quick in responding to our queries before and during the whole renovation process. Jophy will constantly send us update on the renovation process and make enhancement along the way if deem relevant. We would gladly recommend Lionel and team to anyone who is looking for professional and trustworthy ID.

2014, out of curiously... me and my wife decided to start sourcing around for a interior designer who can help us. This is how we met our friendly absolook interior designer Marcus Law. For the past 2 years, Marcus have been following up with us regularly for informal discussions and finally we collected our keys on end July 2016. And in short spin 2 months with the materials and resource by Absolook Interor Design our renovation is completed. Marcus help us resolve alot of issues, he is really a very hands on designer. He is also very patience in listening to our views, design ideas which we felt very reliable and trusted. Thanks Marcus. Highly recommend... :)

We had made the right choice in choosing Absolook as our ID reno company. We would like to commend our ID WeiLoon, who is very responsible and provides excellent services. He helped us to liaise with different contractors and make sure to get us the best price while ensuring the quality. Furthermore, when we requested for some final touch-ups, he would make sure that his contractor does the job to our satisfaction. The carpentry workmanship was good and the team had done a great job too. They completed the renovation within the tight schedule before CNY. Thank you!

We enaged Absolook to renovate our new 4 Room BTO in October 2014 and the ID assigned to our case is Richie How. Our assigned ID has been very responsive to our questions and requests and he has been trying hard to meet our tight renovation schedule and get everything done in 2 months. We do need to remind him occassionally on the smaller matters but that's really not an issue as its human tendency to forget small things
