“A reliable and trusted renovation contractor”
Like many other home owners, we obtained a few quotations for comparison purpose initially. We were inclined to go with the bigger firms and those that are situated in the West area since we stay in the West. Alan Yap responded to our online enquiry. He is very easy going and sincere. He reminded us not to go with the cheapest quote even if we did not appoint his firm. A trip to his office in the North proved it was worthwhile and we sealed the contract immediately. The price quoted was within our budget. He accompanied us to select tiles and bathroom accessories and made recommendation. He was responsive and updated us on the progress with photos. The quality and workmanship were good. The project was completed ahead of schedule. Highly recommend Alan Yap of AC Vision if you want a stressless renovation journey!
The design was practical. Alan gave good advice on what was good to invest on and what was unnecessary to spend.
The workmanship and quality were good even though we did not do a big scale renovation. The quality was not comprised.
Alan Yap was very responsive. He updated us on the progress with photos and videos. He followed up on our requests promptly.
The whole renovation project was within our budget although there were some variations without any compromise on quality.
