“Professional ID, great service”
AP concept well reputed and established company. always open to share their experience and track record showcase their workmanship via their showrooms, sharing their track record via FB and Hometrust. For me it was following multiple online research, the one that helped me made my decision was when Aaron had received the verbal endorsement from one of his clients who I happened to be friends with.
the workmanship so far I do not have any complaints. :)
Responsive after-sale service: Even though Aaron knew that I will go to my home almost weekly to check on the renovation progress, he tries his best to keep me posted on the progress and the upcoming works planned for the week and next. He will also follow up on the deliveries of bathroom and electrical accessories from my 3rd party suppliers as well. Prompt action on touch ups and replacements : When I had raised certain issues on the quality of work that AP concept contractor had done e.g kichen and room carpentry, chipped tiles in the kitchen, chipped evorich, replacement of shoe cabinet etc Aaron was prompt to arrange for touch-ups and replacement to be done within less than a week after the issue had been raised. Acknowledgement in oversight : Aaron was also quick to confess if a mistake had been done. Most importantly he did not make an attempt to start the blame game. When an issue was raised we will always be involved in a proper discussion to settle the issue . During the discussions there were neither accusation nor animosity between us. So far my experience with him during that time was professional.
AP concept had so far been transparent in their pricing during the quotation stage. Any additional costs will be flagged out by Aaron so you can make a decision if it is still necessary for you to proceed with the work. Even during the renovation itself, there could be possible costs incurred given that you may have a change of heart in some of the design proposal and its functionality. On the flip side, there could be design thwt you no longer require and the costs could be removed from the original quotation. I had encountered both situations and Aaron had been flexible in terms of doing a re-quote.
