ARK-HITECTURE

We have engaged ARK-hitecture Pte Ltd when we wanted to breathe new life into our new nest. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we made as we were very happy with the outcome. Our designer, Lihao, was professional, prompt, patient and always attentive to all needs (also our demands!). He worked closely with us and with all his contractors to help us make the renovation as smooth and as efficient as possible. In addition, he went out of his way to help us make the multitude of decisions for a project like this, both big and small, from hacking a wall in the kitchen to what kind of bathroom fittings we should have. The design gave our apartment a real lift. Service was fantastic. Lihao could relate and understand my ideas and have made my dream home came true. I am impressed with his knowledge in interior design and how he can freehand draw a layout from my description easily. He never fails to reply my messages and answers to all the questions promptly. I will definitely recommend his company and service to my friends. He has delivered the house as how I wished it will be and makes me want to stay at home everyday. Definitely value for money, considering the amount of workmanship involved. Kudos!

Ark-hitecture pte ltd had done a good job renovating my home and as a whole, I’m satisfied with the work that they have rendered. The quality of work is decent and what’s most impressive is that they managed to deliver what was promised to us. The designer would assist and propose practical yet innovative ideas. Overall I’ve had good experience with Ark-hitecture and have recommended them to my friends as well.

We were recommended to ARK-hitecture by a friend. We like their design and workmanship, we hence decide to engage them again for our office renovation works. They did the toilet renovation previously and for this, they did the water-proofing on the rooftop. We had no problem working with them unlike our previous experiences with other interior designers. However, i felt that they can improve on their time required for the renovation as i think everybody would prefer the shortest period of renovation possible.

Engaged this ID through qanvast recommendation and end up is a big regret. 1. My reno delayed for a month, things wasn't done properly even until today. Gave all the lousy excuse due to covid. I moved into my house when the reno hasn't fully complete due to delay. The cleaning part is super painful for me like almost every day I have to clean the house 2.Multiple times of touch up for painting but still a mess (refer to windows photo). 3. Very poor workmanship on skirting, too thick and uneven. 4. A lot of follow-ups and unhappiness during the reno process. Anyway, not recommended.
