I engaged two ID for my house renovation. That is a 20 years old condominium. Astra Concepts (Kian Hong) was one of my ID who in-charged for all the cements work, electrical work, painting, plumber work, aluminium work, glass work and Quartz top.
I afraid to pay for hidden cost or extra charges especially in the last state of renovation. He understood my concern and gave me the quotation with break down list. To specify all the material used, technical specification, method of work and prices in details. For any changes, a VO would be issued with both of us agreed. It seemed like very valid and reasonable requests for extra material used.
Kian Hong gave us valuable advice based on his experience. He helped me to renovate 3 toilets, kitchen, marble & parquet polishing. He was very confident on his decision on tile colour/texture or colour themes and at the same time given us total freedom to choose what we wanted. I felt comfortable and very trust him on his design.
Kian Hong never refuses any ad-hoc work or MISC job. He can satisfy all our “creative” thinking with minimum worry. Some examples, FengShui Shifu mentioned that stove must be moved to somewhere else, he could help to deal with SP service. We asked him to install clothes ceiling hanger which bought from Lazada and he did not say no. Last minute my carpenter ID went wrong, he helped to take over wall glass and Quartz top. He always gives his support when we need help. He also tried to bring to life whatever we wanted.
Once again, thank you Kian Hong for doing such a phenomenal job. I would rate him almost 100%.
