“Competitive prices and great service”
We met with 8 other interior designers before we decided on Ban Yew. They were recommended by a good friend of mine whose own circle of family & friends also did their reno with Ban Yew. Why we chose them? In house local carpentry! We wanted reliable carpentry that will last my household for many years. Plus Shane and QY offered us very competitive prices. QY was an extremely patient ID to work with. We edited the 3D drawings so many times until it’s what we wanted, so our house came out very similar to our 3D drawing. She also met up with my hubby and me multiple times for us to choose our laminates, flooring, tiles and even talked about the dimensions of every carpentry - I wasn’t the easiest client to work with because I was micro and indecisive - thank you for giving us the time and space to decide and giving us your advice without being pushy. They also took time to answer my 1001 questions about everything reno and furniture/appliances/ fittings related - Appreciate the advice. We did have some hiccups as with any reno, eg ceiling fan was installed in the wrong place and my common toilet’s shower area was smaller than expected, QY and Shane rectified promptly and/or gave us solutions professionally. I have gone on to recommend them to my family & friends and even got them back to fabricate more carpentry in an empty room. ???
