Came to know them from their website online and reviews online. They do many theme concept in their website and many of it have caught our attention. We are spoil for choice when they can do so many nice concept house. Fortunately after meeting with them, they narrow our messy thought and focus on doing an eclectic mix here and there theme. The designer is professional to design the house and guild us along the project. They provide 3d drawing and picture and build drawing for us to discuss and understand. Things went smooth and they complete the house on time just before our marriage. now we are living in a very satisfactory house. will definitely recommend to friends.

I met Pinky through an interior designer Hangout, as I thought it would be good to look beyond the recommended list of interior designers. I was glad that I made the trip as Pinky turned out to have very good ideas. Pinky is able to propose ideas that were not suggested by the other IDs, and that was what made us decided to choose her over the rest of the IDs. Pinky is very patient with us in working through the details needed for every aspect of the renovation. She's fast in handling the queries and was able to suggest different ways that we might want to save cost. While there were an increase in costs due to other inclusions, it was still well within our overall budget. While the timeline exceeded a bit due to our requests to rectify some issues, we had a well-renovated home handed over to us and there was nothing much to complain. Thank you BLACK N WHITE HAUS!

Our calls and texts have gone unanswered, and leaving us with a defective home with all his empty promises. It has been a year half since we trusted him and engaged him to do up our home, design is average, following up always not contactable. Beware of his sweet talk luring you to pay him directly instead paying the company... we happen to see him working in this firm "BLACK N WHITE HAUS", we have already made police report against him and clearly we are not the only victim. No ethics or accountability. Extremely disappointed such individuals are allowed to do be a designer. to all home owners avoid being the next victim, stay away from Raymond Chew! **BLACK N WHITE HAUS employing such a scammer to repesent you? avoid at all cost.

Not responsive, reluctant to rectify defects, excuses. Painting and cleaning really bad. Workmanship not good. Had it not been recommended by friend would nt have engage them. Real works are very different from 3D as well. 3D look excellent but real works was very disappointing. Initially was good attitude but changed in the end. Need to work harder on project management which customers will not know until we have the chance to engage them. I guess that is why on a lot of platform we do not see the reviews which are shut off or deleted away. Only Qanvast that filters good comments are there misleading consumers.

Raymond Chew also did the same to us. We are also one of the clients being left out by Raymond Chew after luring us to make a direct transfer to him, leaving us to the company to handle all our outstanding works. There is no reason why Nita will plug things out of the blue. You are also not any famous designer that worth anyone to do this.
