The client's vision for this project centered around prioritizing the living room and kitchen areas, which they frequently use for entertaining guests. Their primary goal was to achieve a minimal aesthetic, keeping in mind that they plan to relocate in five years. We needed to find a balance between creating a stylish, functional space within their budget while also ensuring that the design allowed for the flexibility of loose furniture that could be easily moved when the time came for their move.
