Brick & Mortar Interiors

When we met up with Toshi from Brick and Mortar, we already have some ideas and concepts of what we wanted for our home renovation. However, we were not sure some of the ideas were able to be used for our home as we are not an expert in renovation. Toshi shared with us some of his ideas while incorporating some of our ideas. Sadly, some of the ideas provided to us were not used for the renovation as we were on a tight budget due to the arrival of our daughter.

The design was based on what we wanted. We really like the color combination of Red and Black for the kitchen cabinets. The toilets design were simple and nice while still looking spacious. They offered a very good price. I had gotten quotations from many different ID and Brick & Mortar Interiors really gave us a good price. Although the manager was always busy, our home renovation was still completed within our requirements.

First dont follow requirement then come out with her brilliant solution that allow cockroaches to enter ur kitchen freely for leaving the drain open without cover. Having the drain cap which at a useless position. Dont flag out the issue to client during construction stage. This person just agree without actually able to deliver as per agreement. Always full of excuses like poor workmanship due to blanagdesh worker.. So as a client should also bother which contractor they engage & even the workers? Like that i should have PM myself the whole project & what's the need of such incompetent Designer which i dont even require any of her design input.. Yet cant even do a acceptable role as a PM? Totally screw up! House full of defects after several chasing still act blur or not responding. They make me move in to a house when kitchen, toilet and wardrobe not ready. My 1week buffer for them isnt enough. As my kitchen was fully installed after 2weeks I moved in. After 3years of moving in, I have to deal with their great work of Open concept drain cover. If you good in Project management yourself, do go and negotiate for better package deal. As she is very bad in managing projects.
