You had getting the deposit refund from us and you writing all this nuisance. We had suggest to you about your house condition, of course you have the right not to proceed with the extra items. Public will not listen to one party. We had no issue on all or customer for the pass many yrs except you. Perhaps, you are not familiar with or practising in Singapore that may be difference from your country. That's the reason we choose to refund you the deposit.

The next day he asked more prices on items such as kitchen cabinet, electrician work, painting, etc. For example, he claimed that our switches are very old and now no longer available in the market, have to change the base also. For that will cost additional $700. Later we checked ourselves and our switches are standard and can easily find the replacements outside. Price for painting also does not include the painting of door frames, etc so will cost additional $100. DO NOT trust them. Very inconsistent. Twist their words and squeeze more money out of us. I totally regret signing contract with them.
