My interior designer was Wilson Lim, he was definitely the best when it comes to designing, explaining the details and giving suggestions on whats best for us customers. He managed to complete the work ahead of schedule and even made sure every work was done to perfection. Went with CASA ID for my first house renovation. Kelvin Chew got assigned to us, and we absolutely loved the journey. We started out with the 5 room resale package, and save to say, it was the best cost-saving decision considering the state of the original house. Kelvin listened to our specific needs like display case for our hobbies and a mini “walk-in” wardrobe, and it turned out beautifully. Hiccups along the way was definitely inevitable, but Kelvin rectified it so quickly and professionally, it felt like there was no hiccup in the first place. Sometimes ago, my in law kitchen solid top cracked. She wanted to change the whole kitchen cabinets because one ID told her cannot change the solid top alone. A Casa guy came and told her can change only the solid top. And helped her changed some wooden structure underneath to strengthen the old structure. Because of their professionalism, I decided to engage their service for my new house recently. We did not have any design or theme in mind when we surveyed around. All we wanted was simple and manageable design focusing on durability, easy to clean and functionality. Jason was pushy and there was no hard selling. He understood what we wanted and suggested based on our needs. Pricing was very affordable as compared to other firms. Based on price, service and quality, we highly recommend!

Decided to set up a meeting with Casa based on the rave reviews here. Personal experience is far from the raving reviews found from their Google business listing. Felt the frontline people lack professionalism. Congregation of salesmen smoking outside their shop. The person we met smelled like an ash tray. There was no follow up after the meeting. About 2.5hrs wasted. Needless to say, we have dropped Casa from our shortlist. On greater examination after we got back to examine why there is such a huge discrepancy, reviews versus reality, these are our observations: 1. The 5 star Reviews we found Google are mainly posted by new accounts 2. Most 5 star Google reviews are posted by contributors that only make 1 review in their entire web presence and then disappear 3. The other high rating reviews here sounds like ID is self promoting, and there are no photos of the project submitted by the homeowner. If it is so good why arent there photos to show? Draw your own conclusions. Merely, listing what is in plain sight.

Scheduled for the first appointment in the evening after work. However, when I arrived at the showroom, the assigned ID was not available. Either he forgot about the appointment or was caught up on site. Another staff attended to me instead however I was told that the initial assigned ID will follow up with me again. He texted me that the quotation for my reno works would be provided in a week, but a week later on a Tuesday, he updated me that he will provide it on Friday. That did not happen too. Wasted my time. 1st impression flunked. 2nd one, nah, better not take the risk in putting your hard-earned money for your dream house with such unprofessionalism.
