Dear Viewers / Customers, we the management of Design Profession Pte Ltd have reached out to all of Dominic's customers and all have replied saying that none have posted such a review. We sincerely assure all viewers that we use the same subcontractors that we have used since our incorporation and that our in house tilers and carpenters have also remained the same for the past 11 years. We maintain strict control over our subcontractors and our designers are ONLY allowed to use subcontractors from our approved list. Our management also closely monitors invoices and as such, we can guarantee that none of our designers have used unapproved subcontractors. We have also never received any complaints from any of our staff's customers with such allegations. We have also attempted numerous times to reach out to Hometrust as to ascertain why such allegations have been made against our company and designer but have received no reply. We have also reached out to Hometrust on the 10th of October in attempt to resolve this matter and have also provided them with evidence showing that all Dominic's customers have replied saying that none have posted such a review. We have yet to receive so much as a response from Hometrust.sg The management of Design Profession takes all of such negative reviews seriously and will endeavor to resolve any cases of disgruntled customers to the best of our ability. We also guarantee customers that none of our subcontractors have ever used part-timers who only work on Saturdays, use inferior materials and etc. We also believe that no customer would sign on with a design firm with no design proposed. As such we challenge user badexperience, should he/she be a genuine customer with grievances, to show cause for making such baseless allegations against our company and designer. We met Kelvin Foo during a roadshow and had a good chat with him to find out what we wanted for our New BTO in Tengah. After meeting other IDs, we decided on him as we feel he is sincere and understands what we kind of designs we wanted and our requirements for storage spaces. Bonus point: Kelvin a registered HDB approved contractor as well Even during the design phase, we made multiple changes and we are grateful that he is patient and willing to listen to our requests and even gave suggestions on how it can be improved. Along the way, there were minor issues that we encountered but Kelvin himself came down personally to settle it. Overall, the final product exceeds our expectations and we are really happy about our experience with Design Profession Pte Ltd. We are so impressed that we are highly recommend him to our friends and families when the topic about renovations is discussed.

Even at our first meeting with Clement, we were very impressed as he was flexible and willing to change parts of his package, to suit our needs. He came across as a very sincere ID, listening to our needs... so much so that we didn't even look for a second ID!

Main renovation focus on Kitchen, wardrobe and arranging washing machine area in the patio and final painting. In the initial stage got useful suggestion on the design optimizing, to maximize the space and improve the overall layout. Material selection was good and the work done was aligned with the initial agreement including the timing expected for the renovation. Overall very good experience.

Design Profession was my interior design cum renovation contractor for both our old BTO flat (more than a decade ago) and more recently, for the resale unit we just bought. We are a returning customer as we felt that our designer/contractor can be trusted and relied upon to deliver the work to meet our expectations without major renovation hiccups. We also worked closely with my designer and contractor (who had both good design ideas, an eye for aesthetics and practical renovation inputs) to achieve a "forever" home that met all our expectations. Overall, Kelvin is a friendly and helpful designer who went the extra mile to help us on both renovation-related and electronic appliance matters like mounting our sound bar and TV amongst others, We are delighted with his dedication and assistance to to macth up to the satisfaction of his customers.

i recently chose to work with Design Profession and had no regrets at all. My interior designer, Kelvin Foo, truly took the time to understand our preferences and materialised our dreams into a reality. And at times when we were clueless as first time home owners, Kelvin was able to provide invaluable advice and offer creative solutions that were out of the box. At the end of the day, all our requests were fulfilled and the quality of the finished product surpassed our expectations..

I don't usually write reviews but I feels that Design Profession has done a great job with my home. The designer is very responsive, patient and did more than what was requested. He also did a great job proposing colour schemes that we liked. He has always updated me on the work progress.

The design by Design Profession is clean and appealing. The cabinets designed are useful. The recommendations which they made to us are good references to us for considerations, including paints suggestions and right coordination. Small details are also carefully taken care by the designer ensure that the spaces are properly done up and is effectively utilized by us.

I would recommend Joshua and Design Professional to friends on a tight budget. I liked the design for my wardrobe and kitchen. However the response time could be a bit slow. Mine is a simple renovation project but it took slightly longer to complete as expected due delays in work.

I would recommend Design Profession to house owners who can wait months for a simple renovation. ID is always unresponsive as he is very busy with other projects. No design is recommended by ID. It is actually more of a contractor with the name of ID. Design Profession is referred by someone who did a renovation here before. I guess they have now changed all their subcontractors as the quality is no longer there. I heard many horror stories from others who have engaged the wrong ID. I understand their frustration now after engaging Design Profession.
