“Great service and work”
The service provided was excellent. My interior designer was contactable anytime and was able to exceed our request accordingly. After showing us the designs, we wanted to change our idea and he was able to make the adaptation quickly. Apart from that, he provided us with lots of advice about certain areas which were in our wish list but not possible. After the renovation, he checked on us about the whole renovation and we could still contact him if there were defects. This was why I recommended him to my friends and family. For my husband and I were rather fickle-minded. Even though we changed our ideas numerous times.— Winston was very patient with us and allowed us to make considerations before proceeding with the works. Winston provided us with a careful breakdown of our renovation. We had a clear picture of where the cost goes to...In fact, we were charged per length of the cupboard. Winston gave us an estimation but it will be shorter and slightly cheaper than what we had quoted. Transparency is very important. From the beginning, he also provided us with the payment plan so that we can know how our money is used and we need not pay the full amount upfront. We were briefed about the timing of how long each process will take.
